It's early afternoon I came to pick up a mobile order and went straight to the counter label "pick up". An employee name EMAN stood right in front of me without any greetings, glance at me and continue to do his batista work. He seems busy. The other staff were also busy. New staff walk in to clock in for work and with a sarcastic tone I can hear EMAN say "hi welcome to Starbucks" at her. This guy is definitely having a bad day. It's not until about almost 5min later I notice the ready drinks are at the other side of the counter all this time with no sign at all. No one greeted me or directed me. Overall I felt really d*** and unwelcome.
Amazing customer service, all the way up the chain of command. Had a less than perfect experience on Monday morning at opening time. By 3pm, the same day, the regional manager "Ashley" called me to apologize and try and make things right. + She added 10$ to my Starbucks card for my troubles.. I was instructed to speak to the store manager JC and he was really cool. He Informed that the employee was reprimanded and it would never happen again, and that I could have whatever I want on the house. (Even though, I told him, that I was given credit by his regional manager on my Starbucks card, he said "keep that for next time that you actually need it") do not be afraid to let them know of any errors, issues or problem employees, you can't even taste the spit! ???
