They finally got their act together and fixed up the place. It's cleaner, the sides are fresher, and the meat is great. Nice and affordable.
The selection of meat here is very limited, but the quality is very good. The have extra on the menu at $6.99 per order. That seem little expensive.Service is very good. They change the grills frequently.Decor here is a little odd. There are large number of Japanese images that you don't expect in a Korean restaurant.

I went to red palace yesterday 5/13/22 and found a bug inside my salad, the manger offered me to change my salad and give me 1 FREE COKE. I still paid full price for there services. NEVER GOING BACK!!!.
Sign says last walk in at 10pm.. we walked in at 940 and the lady said sorry we are closed last walk at 930pm. I told her the sign said 10. She said depends on customer.. what?? So now it depends on the certain customers that they let in and some they don’t. It was only 3 of us. She refused service to us. So rude.. like change your sign. The door is wide open and the sign on the door in red!! Ridiculous
Called at 9:15pm to ask of there was a wait. Was informed there was no wait. Time says they close at 11pm. Went as a group an arrived at 9:40pm. Was informed they were Closed. Won't come back. Waste of time an gas for a place that literally states closes at 11pm an had little to no people left inside. Makes sense why there not busy. There to busy chasing there own business away.
If you want mediocre service and questionable meat then this this your spot. Worse service ever. Waiter stood over us as we paid and demanded a tip after yelling at us because we asked for refills. This place sucks. Mind you it was a slow Tuesday evening. I was also charged a 18% gratuity on my bill when it clearly states 5 or more people will get automatically charged. I had 3 in my party. Made them take the tip off and they didn't receive anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

We came on Sunday lunch time. The place was good, decent parking. There wasn't a wait. The meat selection was good. The kimchi was delicious and the meat flavor was nice. The staff was very attentive and came often to get our new meat orders. Would ten ten come back again.
Lovely place to go for an excellent all you can eat Korean bbq. Service is quick & the servers are wonderful, Would definitely recommend checking out red palace.
