Excellent service, cleanliness, and attention. The chicken was pretty good, not mind blowing, but very carefully made and SUPER JUICY. Tried the signature and soy boneless versions; the signature was definitely a bit more tasty due to the sauce coating. The soy lacked the usual soy chicken flavor, it was a little too weak in the taste department, but the crunchy coating was fabulous. The white raddish was terrible, not sure if it was old, but it was very sour and didn't taste right. The cabbage salad was fresh and the dressing was decent. All in all, worth trying at least once and judge for yourself since everyone has different taste buds. It wasn't for us, though we really wanted to like it, the service was great!

This is a Korean style chicken restaurant.
After Hella chicken closed, I been order several chicken places to find my favorite one again. I tried all fried chicken places near buena park including but not limted to Buena Park, Fullerton, La Habra, and Whittier. Now I found good one.I ordered fried boneless and fried chicken gizzard. Both are really good.-Especially, boneless fried chicken is juicy and crispy with big chunks of its size. -I already ordered here over 4 times and definetely order here again.
Friendly service, great Korean chicken!
They were limited in chicken + sauce combinations. We wanted Fried Boneless + Hot Chili but that combination wasn’t available for some reason, even though regular Fried Chicken was available with Hot Chili. The chicken pieces were a good size.The Ddukbokki sauce has a nice smokey flavor with a good kick. The rice cakes themselves had a sort of refrigerator taste to them. They don’t give a whole lot either. After asking for a serving spoon we were given small plastic spoons to serve from the plate (a serving spoon is necessary to capture the sauce at the bottom).As of this writing no alcohol is being served. A permit has been requested as it’s posted in the window. We had to ask twice before they refilled our water cups even though there weren’t many customers at the time.The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. You can tell that the owners really care about their business.
Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was hot and tasted amazing. Pelicana is always good and this store plays up to the standard of Korean Fried Chicken.
