Moo plenty of food that comes at you at one time. There is no place to put on the table. We had a blast at dinner. I just couldn’t believe how much food and fun we had that night. Thank you, Moo Korean BBQ. Till next time ?

Food was great, excellent meat selection and quality. Good variety of sides. The prices are comparable and decent. They cleaned up spills fast. But there is a part of the buffet that they use for storing and it gives the look of a disorganized place. But other than that excellent.

"Kids friendly" korean bbq ayce place!!All you can eat 'meat' and 'buffet' is at one place, here!!!!Don't forget the soft ice cream for the dessert! They changed the meat order system. Every order need to do it with your phone, which is convenient!Buffet is all yours not with phone! ?My family, first one likes noodle stuff, 2nd. One likes rice(korean style), my wife likes meats... So for my family this could be the best place to make all happy! ?

It was my first and last time I come to this place. First if you order the sides that you going to eat, you have to do it through your phone and they take to long to bringing them to the table. Second, they have waiters but in my case none were helping us if we need it something else and lastly I notice that they charge the tip automatically and when I ask the first employee said that my waiter supposed to notify me about it and when my waiter came she said that I suppose to know that if my party was more than six people. How I am supposed to know if it was my first time here. Another restaurants like Cheesecake Factory doesn't do that, plus they didn't even had good customer service.

I had a important business meeting so everything going right is the plan. First it had a B rating and I'm guessing from reviews maybe it was, because of rats. I should have checked the reviews first. I went of a recommendation of a family member which I will never ever listen again. He told me about Goth and come to find out, no good. Anyways, second their service was slow when you first sit, after it's faster. 3rd,ordering process was all through app and a little confusing at first($28 and up each person). 4th they didn't change the grill top like other places. 5th they already charged the tip for even very small parties. 6th towards the end they don't fulfill orders and we waited long and had to tell them about it. 7th they started giving half orders at the end. 8th these last 2 things makes you feel unwelcomed. 9th when addressing issues you can tell their excuses are lies. 10th they bring the bill while you're eating. 11th if you pay cash they didn't give a receipt for business purposes to write-off

We were looking for somewhere to eat, we saw a sign for Korean BBQ and thought, we never had Korean BBQ before, let's try something different. It was a different experience all right, you cooked your owm food at your table. The meat was excellent and the sides were fresh. It was our first time there and a really confusing experience. A nice person from an a nearby table came over and explained the procedure to us and that helped a lot. I would suggest some kind of handout explaining how to do things. I'm not that crazy about e-menus and ordering either. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer to speak with a human being to punching a screen. As I said, the food was excellent, so I will probably go again, maybe with a little experience, it will be better the next time around.

excellent love it.

Great ordering system makes it easy for everyone to get what they like. Appetizer type options are quick. Beer is always cold and super friendly owners. Also I've never be told there is a time limit, if there is they're very forgiving.

The self-serve cooking experiences is awesome.

Service is basically nonexistent. Asked 3 times for some chopsticks before finally getting them. Never did get all of our sides but the meat did seem to come out quickly. Since the sides are brought out by the staff and table space is at a premium, they should put more than one or two sides on a plate. Trust me, the size of the sides would not be crowding a plate if they'd put more on each plate. Automatic gratuity, even on a table of 6, seems a bit greedy. Even more so when it's buried in the bottom of the receipt with the tax, etc.
