We drove into the City of Cerritos for a doctor's appointment. We stopped at this McDonald's since it was on our way. The drive-thru had a long line, so I decided to park and go inside. Staff behind the counter seen me walk in, and it one young Asian lady to come to take my order. I knew my order was being prepared, as another lady with glasses came to place the two coffee's I had ordered on the counter. She explained to me which coffee had what amount of creamer and sugar in each cup. Then, I observed this lady with the glasses getting my order pull two apple pies. I immediately told the lady with glasses if that was my order the pies pulled are not the pies I had ordered. I told her I had ordered two Strawberry and Cream Pies. Not two Apple Pies.The lady with the glasses told me, "We don't have those yet". As I asked, so you don't sell them??? Or, they have not been prepared to sell??? This lady with the glasses did not give me a response. I then asked the lady with the glasses to please call her Manager. She went to the back and came back with an older Latina woman. This woman asked me, "How can I help you???" I told her, I had ordered two Strawberry and Cream Pies. And, I did not receive them. They are on your menu. This woman tells me, they are not ready yet. She told me in a rude way, "If you want them it will take 12 minutes!" I then explained to her, she needs to properly train her order takers to notify a customer when an item on the menu is not ready to be served. And, how long it will take to prepare should the customer still be interested in ordering the item. The young Asian lady did not explain either one. The Manager just said, "I will talk to her".The owner of this establishment needs to send the Manager to Manager Classes or, demote her from her position. McDonald's is 100% Customer Service. By this Manager's actions she is just there for a paycheck.I asked her for her name, she said, "Julia". I then asked for the young Asian ladies name. She told me, "Jo or, Jones".I mentioned to Julia, I would be writing a review. She looked at me with a blunt look and shrugged her shoulders.So, here is the review, Julia, McDonald's Manager at the 176th Street and Pioneer Blvd location...
Legit the worst McDonald’s ever if I could give less then one star I would. The one and only reason I go to this location is because they are the closest to me. They specialize in adding onions to your order after you very specifically tell them NO ONIONS. I’ve lost count of how many times they have messed up my order but they hold the record for most consecutive errors I’ve ever experienced from any one location. I’m 100% confident I could train a pack of wild raccoons to run this location 10x better than the incompetent amateurs who work here ?♂️?♂️

They are so slow! Waited forever in the drive-thru on a Saturday night.
The store manager was rude to her employees right in front of customers as i waitedin line to order. I ordered a cup of coffee and she didn't say a word. She placed my coffee on the counter and walked away without a word. I nicely asked for cream and sugar, she looked annoyed, grabbed the items and placed them on the counter on the other side and abruptly turned around and walked away. So unusual for McDonald's. Every other one I've been to is so friendly.I was meeting friends and quickly stopped for coffee but will go to Starbucks next time. If management behaves like that, it isn't a good sign.
Ever since the mention of McDonald’s getting fined for late deliveries / uber eats or other fast food delivery companies I’ve noticed that Walk in orders have to wait a lot longer just to order then wait some more to get your order , I think that’s unfair , common sense would tell you to add more employees during peak hours . It’s just not worth the wait time any more . So on to Jack in the Box. Try them out for a while .
I never thought mcdonald's food could taste sooo bad! Bad all the way around. Employee's bad at their jobs, tasteless food, drinks taste like fish, bathroom/whole restaurant smelled like a out house blew up in there. I wondered what was the hamburger patty made out of!?!?
Pretty consistent quality at this one, but no dining right now and they really favor drive-thru over ordering inside.
Always hits the spot fast service and clean restrooms lovely staff.
NO INDOOR DINING!!!! Go someplace else. They want their MONEY but don't provide SEATING to enjoy your meal. ABSOLUTELY NO COURTESY
