Cost of ingredients is definitely getting ridiculous post covid but it's starting to feel the quality isn't as good as it used to be here.If you're a first time visitor it's worth the try but if you're familiar with their sweets, pies, breads and entrees there's a breaking point in value : quality and I've seen the price increases to slow me down on buying from here. You're going to get the same quality from a mass produced product from the grocery store and there's a chance it's going to be cheaper.
Those empanadas pan de sal and ube pandesal!!!! So delicious
A dear friend,Tricia, brought empanadas back to Louisville for me and "Wow!" is all I can say. I'm saddened to learn I cannot order online to have shipped.Because I would! She brought me pork filled with carrot and potato and something sweet in it, but unsure what it is,maybe the onion. Thank you Susan &Son and thank you Tricia.
Went for the first time. Called for an order I just know it was an dessert that has a plantain wrapped in pastry and either fried or baked and it is sweet and crispy. So Delicious.
Excellent products. The lumpia is so good!
Variety of baked goods, frozen meat for lunch and sweet treats
Some of the best siapao you will find. They have pork or chicken asado or bola-bola. I prefer the asado which is like a shredded bbq in a steamer bun for those who are not familiar. It's so good here that they sell out fast... Especially on the weekends. I was able to get a fresh batch on Monday afternoon at 4pm right before they close.Their endaymada is really good too along with their empanadas that have raisins which I just take out. They have a plethora of other baked goods but I go there for the siopao.
My go-to place for chicken empanadas. Also love their hopia and halo-halo. Lots of other baked goodies too to satisfy a sweet tooth.
The fried lumpia is the reason why I came here. It's never a disappointment. Worth the drive.
Filipino food, pastries and baked goods at it’s best. We have to send some of their goodies to relatives in the east coast as they really crave for it.
