Went today to check out ice cream menu. Was immediately greeted with a terrible smell emanating from restroom (possibly) so left.I have a soft spot for homeless people and appreciate restaurants helping people out with restroom, but what good is catering a restroom to people loitering outside who won't even respect the privilege...
I came on April 7th Thursday night around 12am I ordered popcorn chicken box got my ordered when I opened the box and saw a 2 long hair in the box so much disappointment... management need to improve the safety.?
I don't like eating at Jack in the box the food is weak the only thing I buy at Jack in the box chocolate shakes they are the best shakes no other place can beat Jack in the box and there Shakes there the best in the world. Yes.best in the world. 1 IN THE WORLD.!!!!!!!!

Came in to buy some food and use the bathroom. They no longer allow paying customers to use the bathroom and still won’t allow people to dine in. Had romper on the wall behind the drive through sign.
Came to Jack in the Box thus morning for there breakfast platter and Mmmm Mmmm was it good. Also had a delicious iced coffee to wash it all down.
Ordered through doordash for customer pick up, received my order confirmation and pick up time. I got there at the time it said it would be ready and the very rude manager on duty decided it was best to argue with me instead of help resolve my issue. Immediately after I left I received two texts letting me know that jack in the box canceled my order.

Drive thru cashier, Marina, touches food after touching money. She justifies it by claiming she used sanitizer before stuffing in the dangling fries with her bare dirty hands. Nasty attitude when I kindly asked for my money back to return those fries. I guess washing hands before handling food is not the standard here. Take business elsewhere.
