The service is terrible and slow. The servers had me waiting in the nearly empty store for almost TWENTY minutes for one drink. Not to mention the order was wrong. The server reluctantly refunded me but would not let me keep the drink. The least he could have did was let me keep my messed up order considering the amount of time i had already wasted coming there PLUS he was just going to end up throwing the drink away.
Its a good place to buy boba but if they're too busy, they could mess up on what you are ordering. So before you get your boba make sure its the right one.
Third time service is really slow. Order ahead on the app then head over. Typically a 10 - 15min drive. Then, waiting an additional 20mins to get the drink. What’s the point of ordering online ahead with a pick up time if the service is slow? The numbers that came after mine got their drinks before me. Probably won’t be coming to this location anymore. The drinks are still good but the ridiculous wait times is not convenient.Edit: Just as I posted this review, of course I see my order and it’s already made wrong. Not going to wait for the remake. Bye.
This place has great Azai bowls. I've only tried the original. It's a little on the expensive side but taste fantastic. I'm not really a fan of boba, however the blueberry lemonade is pretty good. Boba free of course.

Now I know why they come to work…because they don’t put effort into anything absolutely slow and lazy had half of the city waiting For the their orders I’ll give you guys a solid 2/10 only because the mango smoothie is good. I’ll be back tho ngl
This place used to be great until they changed the staff. The food is horrible and service is slow now. Kept having to repeat my order and speak loudly because the cashier couldn't hear me.I waited over 15mins for Thai tea and Popcorn chicken combo. The fries were highly salted. AND there is a sewage smell as you walk in, big red flag.
When I walked in, the place smelled weird and their macaroon were chewy, but if you get macaroons there you should totally get vanilla it’s not chewy like the other ones. Especially raspberry. The boba drinks were okay but the rose flavor drink was very bitter. They also played Christmas Music lol
Love the boba here. Warm and squishy boba. Love the strawberry oreo shake. 10 out of 10.
The caramel frap and açaí bowl was good. Every thing else was bad. The popcorn chicken was horrible no one I was with wanted to eat it it was trash. A cup, A CUP of ranch cost 75 cents. So expensive. The iced coffee was watery. Overall would not come here again.
