Stopped by for the new Birria tacos, which are 5.79 per taco, but I bought 3. Get home open the tacos to find scorched tacos not even edible? I know that they are not served that way had them at another El pollo loco and they we great. So I tried to call to complain, guess what no one answered the phone? Must get too many complaints.
Needs new management rude people stingy with meat. They need to be checked for mental illness. Didn't waste my time going backThey need to choking each other chicken
This is the second time that something has been left out of my order. The last time I ordered chips and guacamole and they left out the guacamole. This time I ordered the 12 Taco Family Bundle which includes 5 churros and the churros were left out. This is after I specifically ask the person that gave me my food if the churros were in the bag and she said “yes”. I tried calling them to let them know but no-one picked up the phone even after I called several times. They seal the bags do you can’t check it until you get home so you expect that they will double check it before they give it to you but obviously they don’t. So disappointed.
Every time I go through here I order my chicken well done and It's always perfect Salsa great And the service is always good there are always busy because that means they Serve up good Food
Girl at the drive thru handed me my bag with a sauce open and spilled all over the inside of the bag, no big deal. When I get home to eat my chicken avocado burrito and they forgot to put the avocado. You guys high over there or what ? Get it together
They always get my order wrong at the Drive Thru at this specific location on Pioneer Blvd in Norwalk. Ca I now go to the one in Long Beach. I have to drive further, but the service is better and they always get my order right.
The food is bad, they forget to put the item on the bag. And never did I recieve a receipt. Always they forget something you ordered to place in the bag.
This used to be my favorite pollo loco location, but not any more. No management at this location, they ran out almost everything on the food I ordered. No salsa, no corn, no flour tortillas no chicken breast. Meat were burned and they gave me 2 pieces less on the 12 pcs combo. Very terrible experience and very disappointed!
Chicken is always done right. Never dry and overcooked at this location. The site is always clean and the service is quick and friendly.
