Quoted 20 minutes for my food to be ready for pick up. Waited 45 minutes.I would've understood if I wasn't told multiple times that it was almost ready.I like to think I'm understanding but if you're not going to be honest with the situation even if it meant that hypothetically I ordered the only dish you have to make from scratch because you didn't think of properly prepping for the day or didn't even consider mentioning it's not available I won't be as tolerant. This isn't the first time it's happened to me and I'm talking precovid we well.It was argued before that it's kind of part of the dining experience but I don't think take out applies here.I'll take the extra 20 minute drive on the road to MFK in bellflower next time if I really just want take out service.

Went here for their Crispy pata. It's delish! We also ordered calamari, but I didn't like it as much. Hubby also ordered a breakfast combo which was ok. Halo Halo was also good. Order before hand. It was our first time here and we waited 30 minutes for our food. Also, it's only to-go orders.

The Super crispy pork belly I ordered was sooo tasty and crispy I came back so many times. What a tender comfort food house for kabayans away from home and more.Menu was full pack with so many Filipino home cooking repertoire..nice one crispy house my comfort food provider here in L.A.more power

Good food, but very poor customer service…..AS ALWAYS!

Delicious Filipino food! Crispy pata and lechon kawali. Get a few extra liver sauces for dipping

Best Filipino cuisine. Just like my grandparents cooking. ComfortFood for me.

Perfect home style family style pinoy food. My coworkers and cousins showed me Crispy House, its in a strip mall, tucked away at the corner without noticeable signage. Plenty of parking, although the place probably only has like 5 tables inside, no outdoor last i checked. If you sit down to eat there, it takes a while because they are cooking everything good. I love their sinigang with fish and kare kare! I hope Crispy House stays forever

Great Filipino food! The roasted pork was the best I've ever had. Service is slow but worth the wait.

If you want an authentic Filipino crispy-pata meal, best place to dine. Because of Covid, we had to do take-out. Since we were driving back from San Jose (left at 500 AM) towards Orange County, this was the perfect place to stop for an early lunch (1130 AM) ... we stopped by the nearest park and enjoyed a picnic. Buko drink, crispy pata, pork sinigang and rice. So delicious... skin was crispy, not oily at all! BEST place to enjoy a true crispy pata. Stay safe and enjoy your dining experience. Blessed to be free and living!!!

I have been going to Crispy house for awhile now. It seems every time I order something is missing. I always order Entree with side of rice, never get the rice. Today I decided to check the bag and again missing the rice. I went back to request rice, and I had to pay extra even though i ordered +4 Entrees. Always check your bag guys, and know your get a free small rice with your Entree.
