Best Ice Cream ever! They make their own ice cream. If you have dietary issues(lactose intolerance, allergies) don't worry anymore. Its not filled with all the extra sugar like other spots. Lots of flavors to choice from and special flavors of the month. They even have vegan ice cream. Stop by and check them out in Artesia, CA but my fav spot is Cypress, CA. Enjoy!
I love Bruster's Real Ice Cream. I have a friend who gifts me with their gift cards--which I have been using since 2020. Until today, there have been no issues with paying with their giftcards. They have signage on their window stating it is only their gift cards they will accept (not Mastercard or Visa gift cards). Upon my visit today, there was a new payment system set up outside their windows for guests to slide and input their credit/debit card information on their own. Which looks convenient, however, it seems to have ignored how those with Bruster's gift cards are able to pay as the new system does not recognize it as a method of payment. I am unsure if this is only an issue at this location or if it is something the company as a whole is moving towards. At any rate, I hope this location finds a way to integrate the payment of their gift cards, otherwise they'll have to stop advertising them on their menu. It was awful to feel like the payment method with their logo and image was not sufficient enough.

It was my first time here. Just trying it out and I got the cookie sundae it was delicious. The cookie was fresh and hot and the ice cream was the bomb. Would definitely come here for any dessert snack craving

We stopped by to grab a cone after a meal. The ice cream itself was very delicious. Creamy and full of flavor. I chose to get a small waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream. One of cotton candy, & the other new York cheesecake. The cotton candy had tiny little candies in it, they were interesting at first but then after a few of them you get a waxy taste and it's not very pleasant. Ended up spitting out most of them. The new York cheesecake had 0 chunks of cheesecake if that's what you were looking for. Just pieces of crust that felt like soft sugary grit, not really the crust you'd expect. So the ice cream itself was delicious, just not the add ins.
