Came to dine with the family here and it definitely could've been a better experience. You can expect the same decor/ambiance in every Cheesecake Factory you ever visit, but can't say the same for service and quality of food.Upon being seated and welcomed, we were served really hard brown bread - had to ask the server to get us fresh bread which of course took a bit of wait. Then, got served iced tea without sugar (which we originally asked for). Our server was MIA for the first half of the dining experience.Food was OK - I've had better skirt steak with salmon at other Cheesecake locations. You can say the same for the tamales for the appetizer. A child's entree was super duper delayed too, so while everyone was eating, one child sat there and watched everyone else eat until 15-20 minutes later when his food finally arrived.
I ordered a chicken garlic Farrel pasta. It lacked flavor this time. I used to eat this dish 3x a year. But since pandemic I felt like they skimpted on ingrediants.. I'll give this dish one more try hopefully bad cook day.needs more baco,garlic and spices that you usually put
My family and I have been going to Cheesecake Factory for a long time. We rarely eat there cheesecakes because their entrees are great. It’s a 4.5 out of 5 for me.I ordered the Chinese chicken salad, Korean fried cauliflower & Calamari. All were good and delicious. Other times I usually get and recommend the Chicken Medeira with extra vegetables. The wheat bread is always a great starter with butter, addicting so pace yourself.The decor is always consistently the same everywhere and it’s always a familiar vibe with great customer service.
Food was delicious as always for a cheesecake factory. But we had to wait ages to get in about and hour and 20 minutes. And the waiter took to long to come by.
Ordered pick-up with promotion and gift card. All food was beyond my expectation since I had a worse experience in Oxnard location, Arcadia one really beats that one, and this time is great overall.
Wait was 30 mins so we sat at the bar. Tanner & Itzel we're over the top amazing. We ended up spending two extra hours here. Drinks where amazing ended up drinking with appetizers. Came in to have dinner. But we ended up having a way better time them thought we would have. Love them 10 star ?????????? And dessert to go ❤️?
definitely an amazing place for a date or if you wanna treat yourself to great food and immaculate dining.
Ambience was nice. Although the background music was a little too loud making conversation difficult. The food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. She impressed me enough to give an extra large tip.
It was okay..fries were soggy..idk It's a cheesecake factory.Reply to response: my job as a customer is to pay the check..the managers job is to know their restaurant. I am not calling a manager over to complain about fries like I am fishing for a discount. I don't want advice on how to eat frozen food at a cheese cake factory. Just reheat the food properly and pay attention to it..its the absolute least you can do. Reheat the food it's that easy.
I love the service, the wine selection, salads and fresh grilled salmon. I am always have a pleasant experience.
