What kind of people are they who work at this location wow never seeing a human they behave like that even the manager no qualified to clean bathroom not be a store manager, they didn’t give me my pizza after waiting hours because I’m paying US dollars cash I’m not from here I don’t wanna use my cards should I stay hungry because of your policy Mr manager, that’s the reason why they said Americans are ignorant lol now I know they can’t tell if it’s real or fake, they’re machines & scanners it can help you ignorant…
I usually don’t leave reviews, only my husband does, but for the type of service I received from this store was such a blessing!!! I spoke with the general manager, Michael, who was so helpful and gave me all the info up front!! It was my sons birthday party at Jump n Jammin In Arcadia and Michael did such an amazing job with helping me and guiding me in what to do!! I followed Michael’s guidance and called the day of the party and spoke with the shift manager, Todd and same thing, so helpful and reassuring of my order!! Thank you Michael and Todd for your outstanding service esp at a stressful time (birthday party)!! No wonder you both are managers and just want to thank you!!!
Pizza is very good. You can taste the freshness in their ingredients
pizza hardly had any toppings, with delivery charge,service fee and tip, I wasted my money

Pizzas are different each time depending on the crust. Same pan pizza was great last time. This time the crust was dense and greasy.
It was the worst pizza ever made. I would never eat Pizza Hut again. The location i ordered from should be shut down. Pizza had no sauce, crust to Pizza ratio was 1:1, never saw such large crust on a Pizza. Pepperoni all burnt. Terrible.
