Great service, great food, and very filling! Came on a Wednesday evening and we were sat right away. They offer complimentary white rice at almost the end of your meal as the traditional Japanese way. Love that they keep and respect that culture here in USA.

One of the few mazesoba/mazeudon available in the larger Los Angeles area. The food here is fantastic with excellent service. Lots of free parking in the lot. There can be a slight wait, but it's worth it. I recommend the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba (no need to add brotha) and Iced Matcha Latte. Must try if you're a fan of ramen. Expect to pay $25-30 per person.

The portion of the serving is perfect. Just a bit salty. Although not really a Mayo fan when the appetizers has mayo covered the food. Yet, overall is tasty

Tasty place! Very yummy!I’ve never had this style of noodles before, and I’m disappointed I didn’t have this sooner. This was so good! They even give you a small bowl of rice to finish off the remaining sauce, meat, and whatever garnishes you have left in your bowl.

Truly a one of a kind experience. Noodles so uniquely delicious they incite cravings on the regular. This place is magic. Just wish I was privileged enough to live closer. Also, the takoyaki, absolutely divine.

I've lived in Japan as a kid and I'm no amateur to the food, but this particular type of dish that they serve here was something completely new to me. I didn't want to go too hearty and just got The Original bowl and I thought I would still be a bit hungry thinking I should have gone with the Deluxe but that was definitely not the case. I was completely stuffed but the noodles were so good I practically slurped my way through these in an instant. If you're familiar with Japanese food but haven't tried this style of noodles, this should be the first place you stop into because this will be my new staple.

The service was great and the food was even better!! Can't wait to go back again and enjoy more items off the menu! The Hanabi Fries are a MUST TRY!! ??

Very intrigued to try 'dry' ramen and was not sure what to expect. Not sure dry ramen is a great descriptor as it has plenty of sauce/liquid, maybe closer to a ramen carbonara?!?! We were seated right away at the counter and I love being able to watch everything being made. Starter with the potato croquettes and they were heavenly- crispy yet creamy on the inside. Had the Chashu Mazesoba with a poached egg and would order it again. The rice vinegar is probably a necessity to help cut through the richness of the dish and when you get everything together it is a perfect bit. I am not sure how you could finish a bowl and need rice, I could not finish mine but I bet it would be a great match with the left over sauce. Definitely will stop by again and bring my appetite!!!

Though the noodle is not my taste but it's good. Try the karage!

Quick SummaryGreat food and IG/Yelp worthy photos. Fantastic value and really appreciate having a legit Japanese ramen franchise in the SGV (less need to drive to South Bay / Sawtelle, LA). A reminder that you can ask for less salt and oil if you prefer.Food- 5 starsChashu Nagoya- have to order the classic. This is very good. Try to add a bit of vinegar to cut out the heaviness towards the end of the meal. They offer complimentary white rice at the end of you want to soak up the rest of the sauce! Yes, like all ramen, it's very heavy, so just a reminder you have the option to ask for less salt and oil if you prefer. I personally like to order the non-spicy, but recommend spicy if you want extra flavor and like spicy foodsService- 5 starsThe service was solid throughout. Quick, fast casual dining with attentive serversBottom LineMenya Hanabi is truly a gem in the SGV. Great food and fantastic value. It's quickly become my go-to whenever I'm in the Arcadia area
