Great employees and manager at this location. The food was great. The bathroom is locked and you do have to get an employer to open it but that makes sense given the homelessness issue in the area and I'm 100% in support of that choice.
I'll tell you this, they keep that bathroom on lock. Went for KFC, ended up ordered Taco Bell ??♂️, we'll try again next time ??♂️
Omg this Arcadia KFC just isn't the best... especially with CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They lack the patience and respect for their loyal customers!! What a TERRIBLE AND RUDE DISRESPECTFUL supervisor/manager named Ezequiel!!! I unfortunately had the worst pleasure of ordering today. Why is he so angry, pushy and rushing the customers??? Definitely not worth coming here while he's there!! One star because of the other employee that was happy to serve me. Bye Ezequiel!!

Never ever will go here again.. The manager is a jerk. The quality of the food sucks. Stay away from this one.

Well I must say my sever Ivonne was hands down the most atractive sever I have ever felt with the food was excellent the chicken was juicy and the potato's were whipped perfectly good .
