This is the worst experience I have ever had. The attitude of the male waiter at 9:00 pm on April 10, 2022 was very bad. I took the order and he didn't give me a drink. When I found the problem and went back to find it, it was really bad Being unreasonable, he closed the window and ignored me before he finished speaking. He made me feel bad all night.
There is a wonderful employee who always greets you with a cheery voice and he goes above and beyond to get your order correct.
Employees don’t give respect and very rude customer service
Only problem, is they cancel promotions that are still advertised everywhere else like Rams only halfway into season.
Drive thru at this time. Fast and easy. Delicious Chocolate cake
Wrong flavor coffee but no big deal
I went through the drive-through just to get a drink. I sat in the Drive-Thru approximately 12 minutes with two cars in front of me and five behind. It was like the people inside did not have a clue what they were doing. They may be new but they need to get some training during the Slow Time. If I could have got out of the line I would have and gone elsewhere. When I finally got the drink, and iced mocha coffee it was okay.
Edit #3: again today Nov18 doors closed at 6:50am, another customer and I knocked on the door and were LECTURED again. What's going on?Edit #2: happened again today 10/15/2.... Doors locked & lights off at 6:41am store not open yet. Did you oversleep again Jack?Edit Sep'21: still bad 4 years later. From 3 to 1 stars:-Doors still locked at 6:30am. Had to knock on the door and I was LECTURED by the cashier saying I should've used the door at the other end of the building. what?-bus stop bench in front of store always dirty with JitB trash and other gooey stuff. I know is not YOUR bench but It's right in front of your store and is disgusting & is the first thing you see when walking out. You should keep it clean Jack
Fries were cold. Chicken kluck sandwich was ok except there was no dressing no nothing on the sandwich.
Good food and good service, very nice employees
