Awesome hotpot! This is the 8th time I have had hotpots at different Haidilao Restaurants, but this is the best one! The foods are always of good quality and fresh. My husband tried the new Tum Yum soup base, it was so delicious!!! He really likes it! Jonathan was our server today, he deserved a 5 starts award with his professional manners and lovely job performance; he explained the difference between each soup base nicely to us, provided water and napkins as we needed. he took care of us from A-Z from the time we started the lunch special today. The special lunch price is very reasonable, I definitely will come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Don’t get me wrong, the food and service was excellent.I gave it 4 stars because I am just spoiled by Haidilao in China. I think they can do better in US, not only in the restaurant decoration but also the way the menu is set up, I was a little bit confused…My friend loved the way everything is presented and lay out but again I think you guys can do more.

This is probably a 3rd or 4th review as it is impossible to not recommend this place to anyone. My family always enjoys coming over to a very beautiful and very friendly environment. Chad and Catherine were incredible as I requested my shrimps have heads on as it can be sweeter that way and no extra charges they looked out for my wife and mother to great satisfaction even for my kids. I will always leave a wonderful review as they were deserving of their tips for that day. Thank you guys and I hope to come by again.

One of the best Hot pot places I have ever been to. The place is very clean, amazing ambiance, good artistic construction inside to facilitate private parties, ordering is easy with a personal computer console for each table. The meat and veggies were cut fresh. The waiters were very obliging as well. I would highly recommend this place for a good get-together / delicious lunch or dinner.

Their source is really fresh & tasty which I made by my own style! The dancing noodles is fun, the service is nice. I liked their environment too! My favorite dish is beef combo included mushrooms & vegetables, my friends liked the sweet soup

Haidilao hot pot is still so delicious and the service is so attentive. This store is located on the second floor of Arcadia Mall. The business has always been very good, and it is always full of customers. Especially on weekends, there are many customers eating, and there are even queues. The kids love the small snacks and are always half full before serving. The kids are happy every time they come here.

High quality meats and other. Sometimes hotpot is all about the dipping sauce and Haidilao has some of the best IMO. You really can't ask for a better hotpot experience. Place has the right ambience as well. I give it 4 stars only because I feel its a bit overpriced.

Great service. Make your own sauce. Gave me hair tie and zip bag for cell phone. For party of 2 our bill was $96. We ordered rarer stuff like heart aorta and geese intestines. No dancing noodles.

If you like cooking your own food with good ingredients then this the place to go. I have been to a bunch of hot pot places. This is by far the BEST.

Wonderful service. The wait staff is so polite and go above and beyond to give you a nice dining experience. They give you an apron to wear, complimentary hair tie if your hair is down and a little plastic baggy to protect your phone from getting wet. The server also comes around to scoop unwanted fat floating on top of your hot pot broth. We came during lunch right around 11:45am so there was no wait.We ordered two lunch special combo off the iPad. It was only ~15 bucks for the lamb lunch combo special, then you can also opt in for the unlimited sauce bar for 1.99 per person. The sauce bar also has fruit and Chinese desserts (I recommend the white lotus soup - it's only very lightly sweetened). The lamb lunch combo comes with veggies (kale, carrot, spinach, cabbage, tofu, mushroom) and choice of noodles or rice. The pork bone broth that it comes with also has some sweet corn and goji berry in it (there is no salt added so if you want seasoning that's when you opt in for the sauce bar).As for the meats, we weren't a fan of the sliced chicken breast because it tasted quite dry and a bit like paper. The lamb however, was quite tasty and didn't smell gamey like it tends to.Overall, wonderful service and it makes sense why they have so many good reviews.
