I came in at 7:56 they don't close til 10pm. Told me they didn't have meat. Didn't give me a chance to wait just told me they were out. HORRIBLE customer service.

Today only, buy one and get on free. I love Chipotle Mexican Grill, they are healthy and tasty. We jumped on this special promotion and went to the Santa Anita mall location to get our Chipotle bowls.The service was very good and fast. The portions were very generous. But the taste was a bit off. Unlike other locations, the salsa sauce was very salty resulted in unbalanced seasoning for the whole bowl.I think the problem is only associated with this location. Other locations where I had either burritos or bowl, they all tasted fantastic.
Small portions for a chipotle, fajitas were under cooked and lazily cut. Otherwise it's a regular Chipotle.
The kindest team members ever! They remember my name and order. The second they see me in the distance they always smile at me. I definitely recommend going here if you're in a good mood or looking to be in one.
