Friendly staff, fast service but the nuggets were not as good as some others I've gone too...plus always check your order, they get very busy. Do not necessarily recommend this drive thru. No fault of their own but can get really hectic.
Great service. They brought it out reasonably good time despite it being lunch time.
I am pleased with their food and employees. When we went to order, this kind man did it flawlessly. Lastly, the food was very delicious!I am definitely eating here again.
The drive thru option here is terrible and confusing. Had to get out to purchase my meals and they packed the food terribly. The cup holder was broken and all of my drinks fell onto the food. Definitely not a good chic fil a experience.

Certainly one of the best places in the food court. Always nice people, great food, great fries, great ice cream cones
I am not a complainer ,I ordered on line salad for lunch ,I work in Duarte not too far from Arcadia, it took me about 20 mintues taking the street I got there the girl asked me is it pick up and directed to park and they will bring my food right out .so I parked and waited for almost 20 mintues end up calling them and told them I am waiting here where is my food she said you didn't notify us on your app that your here ,I told her I don't have app I just ordered on line ,it took another 10 minutes they bring my food out .I have ordered at Habit i don't have their app they text me link to notify them when I arrive .I recommend chick fil-a to do the same .I love the food there but its really tricky to get there. Sorry chick fil-a ,I won't be coming to that location. We need on in Duarte.Thanks
The cashier is very friendly and funny. The food is great too!
Nuggets weren't fresh. Soggy breading. The layout is annoying to have to order then leave the restaurant and walk around to pick up from the window.
They just do it right. Vanilla shakes look picture perfect with a delectable taste.
