CPK recently became one of the go-to places for me and my family after adding a few new delicious desserts to the menu. The restaurant provides a very good ambiance and a family-friendly vibe. The food is very flavorful but the portion sizes are quite small for the price. The staff is very friendly and quick. The only drawback is the prices and portion sizes.
I love trying new places and even though I love pizza I had not tried a CPK before. So instead of going to any of our usual places,my wife and I came to try a CPK for the first time. We had gone to a dodgers game the night before and they won so we got a free pizza. We thought that was great so we came to get it and bought another pizza and we shared them both. The pizzas tasted great but the server did not like that we came to claim our pizza. She was very nice when we came in and when she realized we were getting something for free she immediately gave up and had attitude. We loved the pizzas but having the server make us feel like we are unwanted was a bad experience. She basically assumed she wasn't getting tipped because when we paid she just gave us both receipts and just left with an angry face. I will be going to CPK again but not at this location. So if have the reward app I recommend you go to another location
Service was fantastic. The limes for the water leave a lot to be desired but I guess that is because of what is going on globally. They were out of the Hatch Chili soup. Grrr..
I love that they have healthy food for kids. The service is excellent and the food was very tasty.
Poor service. Order to go after dinner and it was not came after 30 min. Waitress’s kept telling me it is coming. I have to go after almost an hour and the over charge me without my awareness. I have to make a trip to correct the error.
Sat at the counter, no waiting. Had Valentine special, comes with a coupon for another pizza at a repeat visit. Excellent services, bonus watching the cooks!
Terrible!! I placed an online order for 6pm curbside pickup, and didn’t receive it until 6:40! This was after I had to call from my car 3 times to see what the hold up was, and they told me they were “waiting for a salad and would bring the order right out.” After waiting 10 more minutes, I asked to speak to the manager, who came across clueless and apathetic. The food was mediocre. Highly unlikely that we’ll order from this location again.
My sister and I visited this restaurant for a mid-afternoon meal. After being seated and looking at the menu, we waited for a server to approach. Although we saw at least 3 to 4 servers delivering food to nearby tables and tried to draw their attention, including the server at the table right next to us, we were completely ignored. I asked the hostess to please find someone to take our orders and she left to do so, and I noticed after returning to our table that a couple of the servers were standing around doing nothing. The hostess brought us bread and herbed olive oil as we waited to be served; but still, nobody approached to take our orders or even bring glasses of water. I set my cellphone alarm for 5 minutes (it had already been 15 minutes since we sat down), and we decided to leave when that 5 minutes had elapsed. As we left, we told the hostess why we were leaving, and she sincerely apologized, but this was definitely the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. If you want good service, DO NOT go here. I’d give it zero stars, but the one star is for the poor hostess who tried to get the servers to get their lousy butts moving.
It's been 3 times that I wouldnt receive my bread with salad and pasta.Today after ordering $80 worth of food I did not get the sauce that comes with pizza either.Even though I called and politly asked to make sure I get bread and I was promised I would. But guess what? Not even 1 piec of bread.This is ridiculous.
If you’re in the mall and you don’t feel like to go to mall’s food court, you may give a try to this place. Not too noisy nor crowded. Foods are not the best but pretty okay. I had Chicken Tequila Fettuccine. Pasta needs to be cooked a bit more in my opinion. And I also had Strawberry Lime Margarita which is pretty refreshing.
