While I recognize that itâs under staffed, the manager didnât have to come out front stand on top of service desk and yell at all of us. Very disturbing. The front desk gentleman was elderly, he was very gracious; however, we could feel his stress level. Maybe you shouldnât over book if youâre under staffed. By the way our server was fantastic, but he had the nerve to remind everyone at our table that he has to split the tips! Basically asking for a higher tip. We arrived at our reservation time early , reservation was at 1:15, didnât eat till 2:30
Over all our visit was just ok. We went to celebrate my 30TH birthday & Bo one sang, the chefs honestly need to pick up their game we go to enjoy the show see the tricks and nothing was done except the volcano. This is the 3rd time we go and itâs the same thing with the chefs. We paid $180 for dinner that our steaks were over cooked. We definitely canât say we got the hole value of our dinner.

I, like most other tables, came here for the birthday promotion . Otherwise, this restaurant is overpriced. Chicken was over cooked. Portions small. Chef was good but servers overworked. Would not come here without birthday offer.
Took them 25 minutes to sit us. Reservations were at 6:15. Another 10 for server. Chef came to table at 7:36! Did not clean grill after cooking veggies, so fried rice had black burnt pieces. Very expensive. 3 of us $212.
We had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes before we were seated. I love Benihana for the hibachi rice, but it was very bland and just forgettable. Wonât be returning.
Great food and Mushroom was a fantastic chef. Very entertaining and funny!
