I brought a friend so it was nice to have some company. We ordered the Bonsai Boba Milk Tea and Mango Pomelo Saga drinks. The drinks had amazing presentation. The environment seemed to be well thought out and the seating was so cute. There were pillows and a long bench seating. I will definitely recommend this place in the future.
I have Never been a fan of boba in my tea before, but this place has changed my mind.Unfortunately they did not have two of the teas I wanted to try due to them running out of the ingredients, so instead I ordered the brown burnt sugar milk tea. It did not disappoint.I love that I was able to change the level of sugar and ice added to my drink, I got it at 50% sweet. It seems it was the right choice , because the boba in the tea was sweet which made the milk tea even better.Anyone around should definitely check this place out.For my next visit I hope to try the teas I missed out on.Also, the vibes are good here at Bengong’s Tea.
If you come on the weekend, you’ll probably have to wait a bit. I think it’s worth it. The staff is very polite and the cream topped tea we ordered was perfect. Can’t wait for them to open more locations.
2 weeks in a row they ran out of bobas and required customers to wait more than 30m while they prepared the next batch. Half the items on their menu are teas with bobas.* The owner contacted me within hours and corrected their SOP and training to ensure ample supplies of bobas going forward. The store offers great selections of milk tea flavors with superb and tasty bobas.
In a region with bubble tea shops on every corner and customers with brand loyalty to certain stores, it's hard to stand out as unique and worth coming back to. BenGong's has some of the softest and most delicious boba (tapioca pearls) I've had, reminiscent of street market stalls in Taiwan's night markets. Their flavors and drink recipes are novel and not overly sweet, while still striking me as new and refreshing. We came here accidentally looking for another store and the experience brought a smile to my face. Absolute winner!!P.S. The owner and staff are very welcoming -- it's clear they are trying very hard to please customers since the store is relatively new and I appreciate the extra care and attention devoted to us. ^-^ Thank you!
BenGong’s Tea is a newer tea house in Arcadia area. My favorite drink is Golden Sesame Milk Slush it comes with gold edible gold leaf, and wasn’t over sweet. Best for who love the sesames.Also they offer a 20% off for their soft opening and writing a wish on their wish tree.
Heard a new boba place in Arcadia and of course, I need to come to try it out. The customer service was amazing! And even they were very busy the cashier was very patient in answering all of my questions.Aesthetically beautiful cups with good taste. I got the Peach Oolong Milk Tea which I enjoyed a lot. I can smell and taste the tea and also include the topping highland Barley were chewy. I also loved Mango pomelo sago which had real fruits on top that were fresh and tasty. Definitely I will come back and try out more.
A brand new boba / fruit tea shop located in the heart of Arcadia. There’s a wish tree located inside of the shop, people can write down their words and hanging on the tree. One the the best product I highly recommended is Osmanthus milk tea, super refreshing !!!!! Overall design is so clean with super cool illustrations elevate the space into another level.
