I like noodle, so I went to this restaurant.The place is small, but clean.The noodle soup was very good. I was a littlesurprised.
Small restaurant but great food. The picked cabbage beef noodle soup was great, not overly salty, great noodles, great soup and excellent beef of course. Make sure you add the extra toppings for the best experience.
Braised beef noodle soup with all the veg. Normal noodles and spicy. Imma gonna order that next visit. I ordered the above except medium spice level. See below.

It's a small restaurant with friendly staff. The handmade Noodle ? is super high quality, love it. You won't go wrong on any noodle here.
Fresh pulled noodles, with options for thin/thick/round or flat noodles. Any of the options go well with the flavorful beef broth. For those who like a bit of spice, the medium level seems perfect. Have not tried other entrees, but they all look apertizing. Pricing is comparable to other noodle house. Overall pleasant experience and would revisit.
Loved their pickle cabbage beef noodle soup, from the broth to the noodles and the meat, so delicious. Don’t miss out the sides, potato salad was my all time favorite (So good) The only issue I had was the beancurd, it had some weird funny soapy taste. Not so sure what really happened in the kitchen, but wish the owner could read this and resolve the issue. Besides that, everything was good.
As a Lanzhou born Chinese the noodle is so authentic, I highly recommend to anyone especially my folks who feel homesick.
This place does not look like much as you try to find it from the parking lot but it is one of the best hole-in-the-wall hand tossed noodles I've tried!!The place is small and minimalistic, the menu is also small as in they only have a few options. However, the flavor you get in each bowl is freakin' delicious! They hand toss the noodles right in front of you, and (depending on the spice level you pick) the broth brings it all together. Even in a triple digits hot summer day these noodles in their delicious broth make everything better.The boyf and I were so surprised this little joint could be so awesome. Its over an hour drive for us but we are definitely coming back.
Don't let the container fool you, the noodles are bomb
