???We ordered 75 wings 5:08pm online which had a 15-25mim wait. We arrived at around 5:20pm when they haven’t even started cooking. We were told that it would be about 15min. So I went to T Mobile for 15min then went back to Wing Stop for the order. The order wasn’t done till about 6pm. While there we ordered 3 more fries which the lady there misunderstood and only cooked 1 so I ordered 2 more. There’s no communication or updated status on our order the whole time. They said everything was there and they looked at us crazy as if we were retarded or something. When wr arrived home (block away) we noticed that only have the order was there. We called and had to return to the store. They didn’t want to deal with us so we asked for the Managers number. They said that it can’t be provided!? Uh…??? We had to be more forceful till they provided it and said oh yeah we have more food her that’s your… COLD food and they literally poured oil all over the bag, food, and containers. Oil spilt out into car seat and it’s just s disaster!!! All we wanted was good food. We were respectful and communicated clearly. Still the worse customer service ever!!! ? We will NEVER return here and don’t recommend.
I absolutely love the apple valley wing stop, I've been coming to AV location for over a year and have always had an exceptionally great experience every time! The staff is always really friendly and welcoming, and the manager is one of the nicest people I've met. Amber (manager) and staff alike always get my order correct to me on and fresh! The food is delicious, I've come to wingstop for different occasions, from games to fight nights and from big to small orders AV wingstop always comes through! Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!
This place is awesome great customer service the girls there are super nice me and my wife love coming here. Very welcoming and food tasted great.
I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes and got there within that time. I ended up sitting there for an additional 30 minutes because they were short staffed. I got home to find my wings burned. Even the bone was burnt. Next time I’ll go to the other location for wings!
The wings here are great and they have thighs. they are kinda pricey but who isnt any more. The food was fresh and the customer service was great. the store was very clean also. We will be coming back.
this place is great. We can dine in now and they have beer on tape.. great places to eat with the family
There food was and is done so well. It is always busy so order ahead but very well worth it.

I suggest you order pickup/eat-in. 9 times out of 10 the order will be wrong in some way unfortunately. I like Wingstop, don't get me wrong but something almost always goes wrong so ALWAYS check your food before leaving. They used to open and show you before COVID.
This review is solely based on my experience with order punctuality. Placed an order online , waited the 30 mins to head over only to wait an additional 30 minutes with only a couple people in their lobby waiting smh…Good wings but if your gonna give me a timeframe or estimated time to come for the order I expect it to stand true. An hour wait for 15 wings is just ridiculous.
