Last Saturday morning I went to this particular Toms on Hwy 18. While there, two female employees began to argue loudly. It sounded as though one didn't move as the other was trying to get by. During the time that I was there waiting for my order. They kept going back and forth. Very uncomfortable. There were at least ten customer's eating. All seemed very uncomfortable. Is want to say that they were unprofessional, but hey, that's what you get for minimum wage. I think from now on I'll take the extra drive and go to Farmer Boys in Victorville...
Tom's has a good variety of food and a number of convenient locations. They offer drive through as well as dine in service and the staff are friendly and efficient. I have always found the food to be good here and served in a timely manner. I think it is a little pricier than some of the other local food service establishments but the variety and good service makes up for it.
Either a hit or a big miss, and I don’t want to gamble every time I go here. Don’t go here late or you’re probably going to get heated leftovers. We’ve ordered the sirloin salad and the first time was great, a whole thin steak cooked perfectly. Every time after, we get this weird super finely chopped meat that is leathery and greasy. That same night we had ordered the fried fish and it was very obviously re-fried with how disgusting and hard it was. Burgers are okay, always taste different every time I’ve been. The only good thing I’ve had consistently are the nachos.

It's a decent value. You can dine in. The staff is attentive. They have very good deals for breakfast lunch or dinner.
Good customer service clean. Good Family pack special 4 combos good deal.
The service is friendly, polite, and portions are good size, the problem is the cooks are cooking food way too long and can be very dry specifically the chicken fillet. Sometimes it’s ok, other times it’s not. This needs to get corrected and become consistent.
Love the Grilled chicken salad and sandwich, it has a charbroild taste. The ranch is made in house so its super fresh and taste bomb. When you oder a combo with zucchini fries they hook it up. Salads are also pretty big portions.

The food was delicious... Although I asked for my eggs to be cooked softly scrambled they weren't but I asked for the bacon to be crispy and it was. The pancakes were delicious also. The batter tasted homemade. I'd return again once I visit this city again...
