This review is not for Starbucks but a girl named *Dakota* . I believe she is the asset to the Starbucks which makes Starbucks look good. She always makes my drink right when others messed up on my drink and she is really smart and Friendly.If I would be the owner I would give her raise.
Drive thru line was long but moved consistantly. Cashier at the window was new so the process took longer than usualDrinks and pastries were delicious !!!
So, I usually go to this Starbucks all the time (mainly because it’s on the way to my college) and my experience is usually always great! This time was a little different, however. ((And usually I am not that type of person to complain when it comes to food service, just because I work in the field and know how it goes)) But anywho, I arrived to this Starbucks tonight and I sat down for a few minutes waiting on my online order when I overhear a worker talking about “so and so sounds like a p*rnstar name” and I sat here thinking..interesting lol. But then I realized they may be talking about my name. After a while of sitting and waiting for my order, one of the workers called me up for my order and I ended up having to switch my order. But anyways, it was just a strange experience. And it definitely made me uncomfortable even if the name wasn’t mine. Yea, but anyways thanks for reading.
Baristas not paying attention to what order means, asked for no ice and they added ice i also asked for extra cream ib ice coffee but was dark not sweet enough for the wife. they wanted to charge extra for pump for there mistake
I don't recommend the Starbucks I went too. Aside from the rudeness and not getting a hello back my drinks weren't ready and I gave extra time. Plus the staff was just very cruel. But any other starbucks I have been to have great customer service and are amazing! Maybe I came in on a wrong day. But left feeling pretty upset and almost hurt by they way they treated me.
