Placed an order for pick up. Nothing big, one salad with extra chicken. People who came in way after I had ordered were seated and eating before I got food. Extra chicken was the amount for a toddler. The salad was on the smaller side. Should be able to order take out and get the same quality of food. While I was waiting an Uber eats driver picked up his order. The drink was so messy and didn't look completely full. Poor guy was desperately trying to clean it up with napkins. He looked at me and said, "guess I'll take the bad review." Sad!
Got the wedgie burger for my birthday. It came with unlimited side salad. Blue cheese dressing was super good. Burger was very smokey flavored ?. I also ordered AvoCOBBo grilled chicken salad to go. It was big enough for me to have 2 meals. Server was super nice and helped an old lady out with the pay at your table machine. My only complaint was the music is so loud, it's difficult to have a relaxing meal.
Walked in and asked to sit at the bar top. There were 3 chairs open and I as told it as busy so they put me at a bar table. Same thing really. I’m sure they put me there to ignore me. I sat there for at least 10 min with absolutely no acknowledgement. The bartender looked at me at least 3 times, walked by me twice as did 2 other servers not one person even acknowledged I was sitting there waiting. At a least a “ I’ll be with you as soon as I can” nope, nothing. A little acknowledgement goes a long way. That bartender didn’t want me to sit at the bar that had 3 open seats because it was easier not to serve me than to serve me. Very disappointed.
I've been to a lot of Red Robin locations in my time, but this one is by far the best! One of my issues in the past was that most locations had for some reason it another stale buns on their burgers. This place however has very fresh buns. Beyond that they service was impeccable. Natalie our waitress was super busy because she was alone, taking care of 5 or 6 tables at one time. Regardless, she remained calm, collected, and professional the whole time. I will return here without a second thought.
One thing about Red Robin, it is pretty consistent. This location was clean and tidy. Our Server was very good, friendly and attentive. I had the mushroom burger no bun, with garlic fries. Hamburger was cooked pink like I asked, and it was presented nicely. Overall this location was good.
Even on a CROWDED Sunday mid morning, we were seated party of 2 withing 5 min after walking in, we sat down and within 3 min we were acknowledged from our waitress and immediately we were show food categories pick our food and drinks. This place is fast food came withing 12 minutes from ordering.Another great thing was when our waitress was busy, other staff helped with refills. Great jobGREAT ATMOSPHERE, QUICK SERVICE, GREAT FOOD. RED!ROBIN!

I traveled to Lucerne Valley working as covid response team to help people get vaccinated. Red Robin was the meal of choice. I selected pepper bacon burger and it was delicious!! Thanks for a great meal
Lately the service here has been a little lazy. Tonight though the service was great, the food was just how we ordered it and the waitress was all over our refills. Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and it was that much better.
5 star only because service was amazing! But the food, I don't know how anybody can eat it. Absolutely disgusting.... $70 on food the same quality as Wendy's. ?? never again! Trash trash trash.
