My family and I love this place! It is a charming shop and always clean. It also has a great variety of yogurt and toppings, with a family-friendly vibe.
The shop owner is a older grumpy man who is mean and condecending and creepy.He won't allow you to get your own samples.He does it for you and idk if his hands are clean.This isn't because of covid he's been doing this way before that.He follows you around and stares and watches everything you do especially if you bring kids in and he also makes rude comments loud enough for you hear him.He told a child not to touch anything like what you don't do that.This is not how you run a business especially to paying customers.Who wants to be followed around by the shop owner the whole time he has nothing better to do.Save your money there are way better frozen yogurt places than this one.
Great little place. Colorful tables and chairs that the kids love. The flavors are wonderful and there are plenty of toppings and sauces for the sugar fiend inside you. But my favorite thing about this place is the music they play. It's all classic hits from the '60s.
We love rainbow Frozen yogurt, we love the owners it's always so clean, they have a good variety, lots of yummy toppings. Highly recommend them!

We are frequent visitors of Rainbow yogurt and are always treated with great service and excellent yogurt. Doug and his wife always take time out of their day no matter how busy it is to make us feel important. Thanks for the great service.
I take my daughter here often. The owners are such nice and sweet people. Always clean and the yogurt is the best. We have been to a lot of yogurt places but this is our favorite ever. Always very kind to us.
Have been coming for years but will never go again. The past 3 times I have gone the owner has insulted my kids or someone else's. He is very rude and condescending. If you do not like kids then open a different business! From what I am told, this is a common occurrence from him and his wife. Bring back the other workers!!

I honestly feel the owner does not like kids. I try to keep my kids together and in a line and do all the serving for them every visit to avoid mess or accidental spills but this last time someone in front of us made a mess and the owner comes out and complains “well someone made a mess didn’t they” I nicely said that was there before us because I’ve served all of the topping for my kids” he then scoffs and cleans up the mess. He has been rude multiple times in the past and it’s sad to see this is the only yogurt place near us.
