One of the worst customer service experiences ever. They run ridiculous protocols and don't inform the customer of decisions made regarding the order. Not to mention the website has been glitched for months. Cant even log in. The food isn't good or good for you but we weak and were going to eat the trash anyway because pizza. Welp. No more ???♀️
Bought 3 pizzas and a $10 order of chicken alfredo totalling $80+ to add to a birthday celebration (14 people). The 'supreme' was great; the Hawaiian was ok; but the pepperoni was inedible.Everyone who took a piece of the pepperoni said they tossed it in the trash. It seemed to be day old pizza or at the very least severely overcooked.I phoned the manager who said we would need to return at least 1/2 the pizza to get any credit.Well, I'm no willing to dig through trash to maybe get enough to show him.Terrible customer service!!!PS. We also bought two cheese pizzas for the little kids at Lil Caesar's Pizza, which was WAY better then two from this Pizza Hut.
We had family visiting and decided to order two Big Box dinners and extra wings. The pizzas were great, the pasta was delicious, the wings were the first to dissappear. All the sauces we asked for were there. And our food was ready on time, we will definitely order from them again.
Ordered waited 2 hours. Said they called and knocked on door which they did not as we were waiting on the living room and I was by my phone. Finally fix the issue after 2 hours and we went to pick up as they canceled the order. We re ordered they said they needed to recharge us again so now waiting for the first charge to be refunded and they charged us for a 2 liter that they did not give us when we went to pick up in person. No apology and cold pizzas now at 10 pm. Horrible service.
ordered extra cheese this time and on the previous order. paid 2.89 extra for each pizza and there was barely any cheese on 2 medium pizzas . I can only compare it to the same order I received before the last two orders which was perfect. So looks like its back to papa johns.
Supplying all condiments that come with order (ordered cheese sticks, did not receive the marinara. Ordered a sauce of ranch, got that). Pizza was ordered as a handtossed, but it was thin and it was so soaked in oil that the crust tasted rancid. For $50, I expect to get something that is edible and as ordered.
I did an order online by mistake and I try to cancel it by calling the number on the store they kept transferring me and saying that they couldn’t cancel my order I had to go to the store and the first person told me that the inside could I cancel my order it was very frustrating this is my second time ordering from the store and will be my last I hope that you guys improving your management get you employment because if you don’t the store will close it already has very bad reviews and I won’t fact do a complain to corporate as well

They stated they tried to call to CONFIRM but there was something wrong with MY phone. They do this when they're busy so their orders don't stack, which is BS for any business. Eric and Able are who I spoke with.
Pizza was dry I needed more sauce the pasta was perfect tho , and the lady that handed my order was amazing
