They don't have spinach.... not good
My husband and I had two meals to take out. The orange chicken was hard as a rock the beef and broccoli was old the Beijing beef was hard like a rock,not the first bad dinner I have had there, I give it a retry because once in a while it is ok. I usually throw my dinner out but I brought it back the manager Maribell was rude she insisted that because I did not return both dinner containers she could only refund One Dinner. I told the manager we got sick from the food thank god we threw it out.Very bad customer service here stay away so you don’t get sick too.Apple Valley resident.
After work we come in for a quick lunch and the food was delicious like always and the place is very nice and clean also the stuff was very friendly and courteous I like to try new things here and this time I try the new stake and shrimp and it was delicious ?
Their customer service was great but it when it comes to making their wings it is something to be desired. I ordered 8 pieces of boneless honey barbecue and I didn't get the barbecue. The wings looked as if they ran out of sauce. #disappointed
Completely disappointed. Ordered pizza waited over an hour passed estimated time for delivery. App said still making. Called to check on status and i was put on hold and left on hold. I drove over to find out they cancelled my order- not a new customer and order was pre-paid with credit card. No notification of cancellation they said they tried to call- guy must have dialed wrong because they didn't call me. So now two hours later. No pizza. Credit card charged. Said they would make me more pizza but i have to wait and they were going to charge me again because it was cancelled. Not once did they apologize! And after waiting two hours you would think they would have comped the pizza. No. Ridiculous. Do not do business- they couldn't care less. GM was on the phone but refused to speak with me to resolve. Said would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow doesn't solve the problem of tired hungry kids.
i called this place and asked if they have vegan pizza, they did and i ordered one . no cheese,and no sauce. turned out great. was delivered hot and the veggie toppings were fresh.
Called 3 times to be able to get connected to the Kiowa and Bear Valley store. ( every single time I tried calling I would get connected to their national call center). When I finally did got connected on the fourth call, I could not place an order because they couldn't find my address, which is located 3.8 miles off the same Kiowa Road were they are located. When I was trying to explain how to get to my house, I overheard the manager say: 'Just put him on hold and come over here', after that I was told that the manager would take care of my call and I was placed on hold for over eight minutes... till i hanged up. I definitely will not be ordering from this establishment again. Extremely very bad customer service.
