This up charge is something I'm faced with anytime I go to eat not just pielogy. When you don't eat all they offer and when i asked for more of what you do eat they TELL YOU NO NOW!!! I get up charged for the crust and the fake meat but the carnivores don't!!!' What's wrong with this??? My very lite lite pizza cost me over $15 and the weight is half of the other three I brought here with me. I'm the one told I could not have more cheese!!!!! I will not return. this has been my favorite place since it opened and now I won't come back. Corporate needs to rethink their policy this is wrong. I understand the price increases with COVID but I don't eat meat!!! So why am I paying more for less??? I will choose to make my own or buy elsewhere!
My online order was messed up by the website. When I went to pick up the order, I spoke with the manager, Jazmin, about the error. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make certain that my order was done right. What might have been a very frustrating experience, was handled so nicely that I will definitely be back! Gotta try this place if you're close by. Many sauces and toppings to choose from. Delicious
Really enjoyed this pizza,little on the pricey side but very good...
My pizza's are usually great from here. This order wasn't ? they out all the toppings I asked for and I also asked them to leave it in the oven a little longer. I got home and the pizza was Luke warm. The toppings looked like they hadn't even been in the oven. I had to put in my oven to make it warmer. Hopefully next visit my pizza will be better. I also asked for 2 pesto sauces on the side and I was given ranch, luckily I asked for them before I left.
Pretty sure extra toppings are coming out of the staff’s paycheck at this location. I’ve never ever been given a moment’s hesitation when asking for extra of a particular topping, except for at this store, just recently, starting in December 2021. I mean it’s embarrassing for them….The customer ahead of me saw the measly amount of cheese on his pizza, so asked for more, the employee literally pinched his three fingers together around 5 shreds of cheese, and proceeded to circle his hand all around the pizza. The guy called him on it, so he did the same thing. 10 extra cheese shreds total. He did the same thing when the guy asked for extra mushrooms. I assumed the employee was just being passive aggressive with that customer.Then it was my turn, so I smiled and was extra friendly, and my pizza had sparse cheese too. I’m not asking for an obscene amount of cheese, just a normal amount. Maybe there’s a bonus at this store for using less than normal amount of toppings. This dude was clearly struggling to make ends meet and making it up by skimping on every pie he made.
It is a very good place for each diner to have their own customized pizza. However it may not be best value for young families feeding their little ones. It was uncomfortably cold in the dining area. I think of it as good place for a pizza gourmet.
Oh I absolutely love this place! Always so fresh & tasty! The staff is always so kind l. One of my favorite stops
They ran out of pepperoni? You just cant allow that to ever happen at a pizza joint.
