Not good. Food was ok after I got it but I ordered online. Got there 8 min after the app told me it would be ready and still waited 20 min in store for "mushroom chicken" I didn't realize it takes them 45 min to cook mushroom chicken ? it's most certainly doesn't so not sure what happened but my guess is management didn't handle things properly ? when SOMEONE places an order online maybe you guys should MAKE IT WHEN ITS ORDERED!
Before ordering delivery I called the restaurant as there was no option for sweet & sour sauce and was told to call back after order was placed and they would make it note on the order to ensure I received it.Per their instructions I did exactly that and was told “no problem” after which I repeatedly thanked them as the sauce was for my gf and she loves to put it on her rice. As you can probably guess by now…. No sauce delivered with our order of food.The level of disappointment goes beyond as I spoke with the store twice only for them to disregard it. I don’t like being rude but a Thanks for Nothing!! is certainly warranted here.
I visited Panda Express today. Through drive thru. My food is horrible the rice is under cooked. I asked for Beijing beef looks like it was left overs from yesterday and was recooked and teriyaki chicken is burnt. This is horrible. I lost my appetite.

Got the family meal. Walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken and chow mei we're good but the rice wasn't up to par; bland and dry. Service was nice.
The girl working tonight Tuesday 1/11/21 at 7:35 pm is RUDE Zero customer service skills. Like us coming through the drive thru Is an inconvenience to her. Couldn't even get a receipt because she walked away from the window and wouldn't come back..
Ordering pickup is for the convenience and speed. I shouldn't have to order pick up, wait 10 mins for someone to acknowledge I am waiting, and then proceed to make my order. I might as well just order in person. Get it together PandaIt shouldn't take 30 mins in total to make my pickup order
I Was told to pull forward to wait in the front of the building because one of my entrees was still finishing being cooked. 10 minutes later and the beef was rock hard and crunchy. Seriously the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had.
You wanna try to give me rotting veggies, huh? Ok, reported to the California state health department for food poisoning. Here you go, 1 star.Stop serving rotting veggies to people, ya grizzly sized dingle berries. And if you read this review, start reporting all these food places that dont care to the state. Make em get inspected randomly, caught, fined, and maybe the pedantic owner will make changes.
I like Panda typically. But this one in Apple Valley always has hard rice. Without fail!
