Been going to this location for years since I was a kid.. always was a family favorite BUT this past year seems like they hire a bunch of teens who seem miserable and are not very welcoming ? I literally saw one of the waitresses huffing and puffing rolling her eyes while cleaning tables. As a former customer service worker we were always taught to work with a smile no matter what and leave personal life at the door! This has been my 2nd time at this location today in the past year and both times were extremely disappointing ? the last time my mom's lasagna was burnt and only had 1 noodle at the bottom. When we politely told the waitress she was cool about it but charged her for changing it to something else . The manager never came out to apologize for the horrible food. Today I just felt awful vibes and very slow service .Although my family and I have enjoyed this place for years and years we will be bringing business elsewhere!
So I have been a fan for years. It’s great pizza but this is the second time recently I’ve been put on hold for more than twenty minutes. Long enough for me to drive there and order in person. I suggested to the manager that I should get a free small order of Nick sticks. The reply was no. Unfortunately it brought back many years ago when an employee of same place charged me 100.00 dollars for a pizza. When I brought my bank statement in to the owner he said he would look at it. Never got back to me. Dang!!!!
This is a nice clean restaurant where you can dine in or take out.The service is fast and the staff are very friendly and helpful.If you love a salad bar this is the place for you.They offer a variety of pizza and whatever you choose is guaranteed to be delicious. Check out all of the offerings on the menu. Everything is reasonably priced and you will not be disappointed. Bring your family and friends. This is a great local place for all.
I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It came with garlic bread. The spaghetti was full of water, it made the sauce very runny and wasn't very good. The garlic bread was cold and soggy. I probably won't be ordering this again or from Nick's for that matter. The last time I ordered a pizza, it was raw and doughy inside.I had to put the pizza in my oven to finish cooking it. I'll think twice before ordering again
Always love the pizza here! I've been coming to this location for around 20 years and it's just as great now as it was then.Hadn't been by in quite some time... was informed that the location was actually bought out by a neighboring business owner. Well, it seems that the quality is the same and I brought a team of colleagues here whom all loved it as well. Thank you!!Great service and great food! Highly recommend.
My family & I order out from here a lot & we usually have a great experience but tonight we didn't. And it's sad because we really enjoy this place. It's also sad that they handed a customer this pizza & thought it was okay to let them walk out like this. This is what half our pepperoni pizza looked like.
Wanted to try a “mom and pop” pizza place. Took a chance on this place. This place is amazing! The layout with the table and chairs Took me back to the 90’s. Good vibe here and food is great. The staff is so friendly and nice. This is my spot for now on. I will be back soon!
I go into this place at least once a week and the pizza is amazing. I want to give a special shout out to the manager in the evenings and a cashier named Fayth. They are both so nice to me every time that I come in and Fayth is usually the one who has my food ready. I hope that this his young lady also becomes a manager soon. She is so attentive and sweet. The place is always packed and very clean. The whole staff should be commended.
Awesome food and nice staff. Restrooms are kinda dirty, but other than that it is a good experience. The kids absolutely love the quarter machines!
Hubby has been going here since the first location was open. This was my first time. We had the calzone and (medium)cheese sticks. So so good! Like enough for 2 meals each! My one complaint was the bathroom. It's like all the good pizza smells went in there to die! Oy. Also the decor is very outdated but reminds me of other chain pizza places when I was a kid.
