I ordered through Uber eats, and half of my order was missing again, it's the 2nd time this month. I called and the girl on the phone wouldn't give me her name. I wasn't mean, just requesting info on options to get my food, since I'm currently unable to walk due to an injury. I was on hold 34 min and finally hung up. This location needs to to do better with their training for customer service.
Came to McDonald’s on Apple Valley Rd and Bear Valley Rd. ordered online 9:50ish doors were shut and locked. Now in line at McDonald’s and it’s 10:22. I live 3 miles away and this had turned in to a hour or so. If you call that fast food that’s sad. Also seen a worker at 10:00 pm ask him to help he denied me. Vary rude. Hopefully the food will be hot. ??????????????????????????????????
Using the drive thru and it was busy. They made 2 cars ahead of us, pull to the side and wait, then asked us to do the same. We waited for over 15 minutes and still no order. Had to go inside and speak to an employee to FINALLY get our food. Needs Improvement. I worked for McDonald's as an assistant manager for 5 years in my early 20's. Our store in San Diego.. way better!
It took a while to get our food let not mention we got 9 nuggets instead of 10. Their sweet tea tasted like water down coffee. Had to get up to ask for paper towels and sauce. No ketchup available in dining you had to go ask for it as well. There wasn't a lot of people in dining room. And still waited a long time to even placed order because the person taking orders at register was delivering food outside.
This is my go to McDonald's. Always fast fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly even at lunch time on super busy days. I usually place mobile orders but even going thru the drive thru is fast and accurate. And on the rare occasion they miss something they are more than happy to fix it right away.
Drive-thru lines are the worst, excessively long wait one line moved faster than the other like by 4 cars to one. Again, no chocolate milk, cold food! Wendy's is in the future!
Worst service ever. Ordered our food with a decaf coffee. Finished our food waiting for the coffee. Person came out to bring coffee did not bring our coffee but brought other peoples drinks and had an attitude. As I was going in to get my coffee she brought it out but it was not correct it was decaf without sweetener or creamer. I went inside ask for the manager. Manager gave me another coffee and said everything was in it, but it was not.
Need to update hours. Says they close at 12am on Sunday. Pulled up a little before 11pm and lights were on. It would be nice if the employees could acknowledge that they see someone waiting and let them know instead of hard ignoring them
This McDonald's on highway 18 has to be the worst McDonald's in the high desert. Always slow you always have to wait for your order and there have been several instances where I have been denied proper service. I do not recommend this excuse for a McDonald's to anybody, unless they want to become angry and frustrated.
