Terrible customer service. Ordered an medium caramel iced coffee and they gave me a High C I tell them that that wasn’t my drink and they said I was charged for a high C so if I wanted a coffee I would have to go back around, WAIT IN LINE BEHIND 5 cars to place an order AGAIN. All the while still having to pay for a High C I never ordered! I even asked her if I could just give her cash for the coffee and she said no. Happened at 11am on 3/22, disappointing.
Very busy, friendly staff. McDonald’s has always been a favorite for indulging into fast food from time to time. Kids love it, and other than the words mom and dad, they happily mouth parapapapa! Whenever they want McDonald’s.
I do like this McDonald's. It is a very busy spot and they still do a great job of keepong things quick and in order. They no longer allow indoor dining.
It's a convenient spot to get a big Mac and yes they accept the Mc Donald's app. They also don't charge for water and all fountain drinks are only a dollar unlike Mc Donald's off of Outlet Center Dr. across from the truck stop.
The lines go quick and for the most part the orders are always correct they have a good rate on their ice cream machine which seems to work more often than others yea however the staff could be a little more friendly
This McDonald’s always forgets something the first couple of times it was like oh well whatever since I live in Lucerne valley I dont want to have to go back but it’s just getting annoying check my order and something is missing then they take forever to even get that item to you you should be double checking you have everything for that order and lot to mention a good amount of the time you get stale food …I don’t know if they need to be retrained or if they need better management get it together
Check your orders. I wish I would have. this place never gives you everything you paid for and when you call they don't answer .And she was even like what kinda sauce do you want like that put your nuggets your order in the bag get all the way home and sure enough they did pack any nuggets I ordered
Not bad. This place is very busy. 2 lines and it took me 15 minutes. Order was hot and correct.
This McDonald’s is absolute dumpster juice. If this location didn’t get one or two things wrong with your order or forgot something, the world would probably stop moving. Every worker in here should be terminated and just start over again. May God have mercy on this McDonald’s.
4 out of 5 times my order is wrong but hey, it's McDonald's. Does any of it taste different from anything else on the menu? Nope.
