Little Caesars pizza is ok, but the delivery service needs work. I paid a delivery fee, a service charge and a driver tip just to have my pizza left next to the driveway. I requested the order handed to me just to have them leave it in the yard. My recommendation is to always tip upon delivery not when you order like I did. I realize door dash delivers for little Caesars, but little Caesars has the final say on who does their delivery.
Three star, food is good but i also look for great customer service. Usually I come into this store and the employees that help me are very nice, even when I do a quick check of my food.This time however one specific woman, must have been the manager was refusing to let me see my order before I paid. I was being nice until she had gotten snappy with me. It was right but i wanted to physically see it myself.I think ANYONE would agree they'd want to check their food regardless of the validity of that person's word. Because I am the type that needs to have personal verification of something before accepting. I'm sure ANYONE can agree with that too.So all in all, she had horrible customer service today. Shame.
No one ever taught them how to pick up phones when training these people. And don’t tell me they’re busy because I called 14 times! If I wanted to get ignored I’d call my ex!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very clean location and fresh pizza. Although you might have to wait at times, it is fresh and decent quality.
I would not recommend this Little Caesars they have bad customer service they don't know how to take orders properly and they are rude I will never go to this Little Caesars again
Little Caesars great and now that I can order online and pick up without even talking to a cashier or waiting in line it's absolutely perfect for those nights when you just don't want to cook and you can't beat the value.
Tried to call in order to cut down on waiting time as they advertise, but they didn't answer the phone after many trys, we went there and ordered and waited 20minutes, when we got the pizzas one of them was wrong and we had to wait another 15minutes for them to fix it.
Seems they're struggling with keeping staff. Orders often take more than an hour at this location.
