I have never ordered over the phone and have always gone in to get my pizza. I have always been treated with respect by a friendly caring staff. The pizza is good, the service is fast and you can't beat the fair price. The place is clean and well organized. All in all I have had nothing but good positive experiences with Little Ceasars, pizza and staff.
Got a coupon in my email. 5.99 any speciality pizza. I was wanting to be healthy so I tried the Veggie pizza. It was good, but would be better with some pepperoni or Italian sausage on it. Order in the app said ready at 4:33 arrived a few minutes after that, still waited another 10 minutes. It would be better if they can can go a little long on the estimate so I can grab and go.
For the best little Ceasar experience you need to order in person and use the off menu ways or feeding a family is just too expensive
I wasn't told that the tip was included in the price. And after I tipped the driver and asked for packets of the red peppers or anything I got nothing. My last time spending 20 something bucks on a $7 pizza. Lesson learned on my part
Your pizza has grossed me out lately it’s like we’re at the bottom and so greasy I don’t care what they do to it I’m not eating it anymore but the staff is always nice and it’s cheap.
Fast service, location is clean, food was fresh. Nice staff . Can’t ask for much more lol manager was all over too, making sure everything running smoothly.
Foods always what I expected. Quality is always above average for how quick they get the food out. I took one star off because I can never get through to them over the phone.
The food is Always Good and the workers are Super Respectful. Its just sometimes they are so dang busy that is takes FOREVER to get the food it seems like but it's ALWAYS worth the wait.
I haven't been to this location in over a yr due to horrible service.I came last week and the service and the pizza was delicious. I came back today and once again great service again, pizza was beautiful, delicious and was done on time. All of your employees working on Dec 1, 2021 at 6 PM were all on there A game. Great staff you had working tonight. Keep it up.
I'm genuinely upset. I do however understand that I came in near closing time but I myself had worked at a Little Ceasars in high school. Although I know things have changed I never expected to be given a pizza that was given to me. It was obviously way over the counter time but was given a bath in garlic and butter (which i asked for that they tried to mask the taste) the pizza was cardboard.. I even called 20min before they closed to disclose my dispute but the phone was never answered. The pizza is so hard. I have full intention on taking it back to them and showing them the video. Very disappointing. I've always held LS at a better standard because of past business/affiliation. Not answering the phone 20 minutes before closing is inexcusable and rude. Even if you have to deliver bad news. I'm no Karen but LS can do better.
