we had an amazing time and dinner at Las Brisas. The food is so good! along with the dessert. We will be coming more frequently from now on. Desiree was promt and amazing! the best service ever! We were greeted the second we came in, the place is beautiful, has that authentic Mexican touch to it. The owner Linda is such a great positive energy, she immediately overheard us asking for a drink menu and came over to our table and explained her drinks. She brought our drinks in a matter of minutes, very welcoming and loves to converse. This place is definitely a hidden gem in Apple valley. The waitress Maria Elena and Robert!!! Outstanding customer service ?. Highly recommend this place. The food was delicious and the drinks are perfect!!
My son died October 2021. His favorite restaurant seemed a fitting location to celebrate his fiancee's birthday. We had a wonderful family evening with delicious drinks, great appetizers and dinners, and a surprise dessert for the birthday celebrant. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere, wait staff, food selections and suggestions, to dessert. We dined, visited, laughed, shared and made great memories. If you like seafood, the sea bass with garlic shrimp was superb. What an enjoyable dinner and memory. Thank you, Las Brisas! Wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often!!
Cadillac Margaritas are the best! The bar tender is the best, my wife had salmon wellington and it was delicious!
The food was not that bad , but the service was super slow. Our meal was missing items or was delivered late not on time at are table ,the salsa and chips were very bad for the price we're paying. Son can you hear me I would have had a better time at El Super or Cardenas supermarket for the price we paid

Our waitress was busy with another large party so we did not receive the attention we had previously experienced. Our dishes were apparently overcooked - my chicken fajitas' onions and peppers were mostly black and crispy. Will not be going back for a while.
The atmosphere is nice and the food is great. I personally think the prices are reasonable for the type of restaurant it is, there is one thing to be careful of though. If you get alcohol ask about prices. My wife and I bought two jumbo margaritas and they were $25 each. It's our fault for not asking but it felt like a bit much for what we got, in my opinion at least. Otherwise great though!

Had tacos at the taco bar, fresh made tortillas. Tacos were delicious. 5 meat choices including grilled fish! All of the food was Delicious! Owner walked around to each table, making sure you were satisfied with everything! Very nice, excellent customer service! 30 years in business.Also, we sat on the patio, but it was heated and the temp was perfect.
