They asked us if we wanted cookies as an alternative since the biscuits were in the oven. To which we took the offer for cookies instead and they only packed 1 cookie as if that single cookie would make up for a box of biscuits. Drive thru receptionist also charged me for 3 sides that was not even purchased. I guess I gotta split a cookie between for people.
I sadly have to read this one pretty badly today as I had an incident where a guy got really ticked off at me for asking for a drink with no ice normally this is whatever but I was willing to look past it just because I was thirsty but unfortunately I asked him very specifically to have a diet drink as I cannot have excess sugar.Turns out the dude gave me diet Pepsi but put in a quarter Pepsi and ask me if I liked the sweetener. I'm sorry I don't have time to fool around with this I unfortunately had to go online and file a complaint because this isn't funny okay I know I'm not eating the healthiest but I do like to not drink pure sugar if I can help itChicken was okay but the service was horrible

Terrible chicken blood in the chicken box looked like a bunch of garbage. What's up with all the salt? I'll never go back. Didn't get the pieces I ordered. Spent 31 bucks.
Usually when I come here I have a specific order of having chicken freshly dropped. The employees are happy to help and let me know how long it will take. Very good service for that reason there in my opinion ?
I don't usually go to this KFC because the line is usually out to the street.I will say I've never had any issues whatsoever with my orders when I have been here. They are definitely on top of their customer service and that is what will keep customer coming back.
The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional they had a huge line both indoors and in the drive thru while the employees were just chit chatting and inviting their friends back behind the counter. I work for door dash and had to wait 30 minutes for a customers order. Highly do not recommend place.
Drive through moves quickly food is good just get it you know its good affordable and finger licking delicious.
