The customer service actually was good other than that the chicken that we got was cold the fries were hard and we were only able to get one dipping sauce when we were supposed to get at least two and then when I tried to let them know they charged me a quarter to get more I definitely wouldn't recommend going back to this jack in box again
Decent enough location from other times I've been here but the most recent time I actually had ordered a head on the Jack in the box app and I usually order extra pickles extra sauce for it all of my burgers just because it's a little easier to do it through the app.Unsure if the picture will be attached but I did upload a picture of the burger in question and they are missing a few ingredients as well as no extra sauce as well and it kind of upset me but the burger overall was buried delicious and for the price paid I'm not going to complain too much but just letting people know
This was the Jack in the Box near SVL Victor Ville CA my I've been informed by several people that they do things a little different up the Hill. 1st The Jack in the Box Staff is very courteous professional and helpful! Unfortunately they now do charge for lettuce, tomatoes and onions. In there Loaded Breakfast sandwich! There Dinning area remains closed to keep employees Safe. No one can or should argue with that.
Food was not good! Coffee was cold, I don't mean warm, I mean cold. Hashbrown was very oily! Seemed as if hashbrown was cooked and left out for a long time. Not happy
Drive thru was exceptional, and they did not screw up my order! Food was hot this was past my expectations bc jack drive thus be messing up...
No star...ks needed! A Jack in the Box large coffee with sugar and cream and a good old fashion bisquit ? is very satisfying and not overly expensive too! I love the coffee. It is fresh, never overdone or burned and rightly priced. Thank you Jack in the Box! My wallet loves you too! Lady A.
Check your drink before you leave the drive thru... wrong drink on multiple occasions. Use to be fairly consistent but lately no so much...
It's ok when you need a quick to go lunch. There is only just a few things we order from here. And we never stray. Sorry. But the staff is usually very friendly and considerate

Just went thru drive thru real quick for a snack for me and pops grab a couple tacos each couple vale fries a shake for the old man and a coke for me only 11bucks and was in and out of there cant beat the price for a good lil snack
