If they forget to give you something you have to go back through the drive thru because the doors are always locked. Everything is not fresh.
I came through around 1 am and I had ordered a munchie meal everything was fresh and delicious. The cashier Elizabeth was so sweet and made my night. She was very friendly it’s hard to find people with good attitudes especially at night. She was so pleasant and everything was made fast.
I stopped at this location around 11:45pm and ordered a bacon double sourdough patty melt (advertised on the menu at drive thru for $7.49) and the sourdough jack. Just the burgers no combo. I asked what the price for the patty melt was and she told me $7.30. Really!?! For just the burger!! And of I do the math I get fries and a drink for 20 cents more. At the window I asked again and she told me the combo was $8 and change but just the patty melt by itself cost $7.30. How is that possible when the menu literally has the combo price for $7.49. Then when I get home I open the 2 boxes and the patty melt wasn't even melted! What the picture shows(to the left) is 3 little peices of onion and there isn't bacon to be found on it! From jack in the box to home is 5 min. Both sandwiches cold. I don't go out of my way to write all of this unless I was really bothered by the whole experience. Next time I'll go elsewhere!!
Wanted to review on the website but they didn’t hand me my receipt. Ordered 2 munchie meals & both orders were wrong. One of the munchie meals was a complete different sandwich from the one I had ordered. Apart from that , the sandwich is cold & I live no more than 5 minutes away ? Fries inside were obviously the last from the previous batch as well .
This fast food establishment is honestly one of the worst I’ve been too. First and foremost the professionalism of the staff isn’t there at all especially the so called shift leaders. I always used to come here but I don’t know what happened. There’s one tall skinny man in a grey shirt I think his name is John not too sure but he is always so rude and refuses to add stuff to my order with no other cars behind me. My food is always made sloppy when he is present and seems undercooked. I’ve came back through the drive through for this problem and he proceeded to say in a very rude manner “well I can just refund it if you want”. I was very upset and had my order remade and it took nearly 10 minutes!!!! This was completely uncalled for and he was yelling at other members of the staff in red shirts saying “hurry up” and “what’s taking so long”. I feel very sorry for the staff at this location having to deal with shift leaders like this. He should be fired no one should have to put up with someone like him who doesn’t want to serve the public!!!
They didn't have the supplies to make the food I ordered but took the order anyways "substituted" my food for a FEW fries (very few). They didn't ask me before doing it. Didn't tell me they did it. Then when I saw I took it back and asked for the rest of my food and the shift leader / manager I'm not sure what she was got an attitude with me and started talking very disrespectfully in front of other customers and co-workers to her employees saying that she didn't want to deal with somebody who's being rude and I wasn't rude at all all I asked was where the rest of my food was. And she went off on a rant. Left me at the counter for a few mins no one acknowledging that I was standing there. Kept ranting on to the side where I couldn't see her. Then finally got me a refund after her unprofessional attitude.
This place NEVER has milkshakes!!! When I ordered a milkshake this time the lady paused and flat out states, her words- "Oh , we don't have those" lol. To me that means they don't sell them. That Sucks!!!! WTHeck? Otherwise everything else is good there but if you want a milkshake. "THEY DONT HAVE THOSE" their words.... As expensive as they are, that place is losing money on not selling those. Guess they just choose things they don't feel like dealing with and say oh we don't have those.,. Lol comical. Take it off the fn menu then a********.....
I was in the neighborhood and got hungry. I love that they are open late. I ordered and had some questions about the menu and with out hesitation my questions were answered. My order wasn't ready, so I was told to pull to the front of the building. They brought my food and a little surprise inside. I will definitely go back when I'm in this neighborhood again.

My favorite Restaurant have alot of people that dont like his job and including cooks food is Nasty fries cold ,Teriyaki bowl cold no fork .really bad service they talk more than giving a great servise ,so sorry but we need to appreciate to have a job and are best .imaging when they choose the better servise Jack .you all will feel great .thete is a great youth the one who do the cleaning is a hard hard worker.Tried it you all can do it.
