Went in for a pizza to go and was informed it would be 20 minutes not a problem as it was a Saturday night. Finally after 42 minutes we got our pizza! No one apologized for being twice the wait time we we’re quoted. We went there for the first time and the pizza was just so so. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I be coming back.
I would have done 3 stars but I didn't figure out what was wrong with my dinner as fast as I should've. I ordered the Linguine Pescatore in white sauce and was extremely hungry. What I got was Linguine Pescatore...without the shrimp. I ate about 1/2 before I noticed and I pointed it out to our waiter. He had them make another the right way for me to take home. As soon as I got it sauce had already been spilled in the bag. Now the car smells like clams. The pasta was good and I was hungry. I am sure it was an isolated incident.
Food is always very good.However, they need to manage the place better. People often walk in and have no clue what to do since there is no indication at the front door if we seat ourselves, or wait to be seated. So they just stand there as the staff walks all around them and eventually asks them to pick a seat. Our waiter made us feel like he was doing us a favor. Slow service, slow refills, forgot items etc. Then waited FOR EVER for our bill only to be charged for some one else bill. Again food is great better service and attention to detail could make this place awesome.
Oh man, what a great spot to eat. 10/10. I’m from Arizona and was only out here for a weekend, we were looking for a spot to come sit and eat and Giuseppe’s was our pick. Joey was our server and he was top tier, quick fast and efficient and quite personable as well! Pizza was immaculate, they’ve really figured out a that Brooklyn cheese! We’ll be back. And thanks again Joey!

Went to Giuseppe's tonight for the first time for my wife's birthday. Service was poor. The server seemed new and was nice, but I had to get up and ask for napkins after our appetizer was already gone. Then, he asked if we already got our food after a long wait. We had not and when he went to check on it, it came out cold. It was like it was forgotten. Then, we had to ask for silverware for our food. We were also never asked if we needed a refill. The food tasted good, but the pizza was extremely oily. As we were getting up to leave, we we're finally asked if we we're okay and needed refills, but it was too late. We will probably not return.
This is a rough review, we went once and 8 in the pizza was amazing, we got the thin crust, and the spaghetti was outstanding so was the salad. We decided to call the next time and pick up a pizza to take, the pizza was terrible. Apparently they have a new cook and making pizza is not his forte. We will probably try again but I'll call first and find out which cook is cooking.
