I'm originally from the Pacific Northwest. When you think of Dutch Bros, the experience starts right when you pull up with the lively music playing and the uplifting personalities of staff that ask how you're doing, plans and just being personable to each customer. My visit yesterday wasn't any of that. Sure the drink was good but it's the lively environment that brings most customers back.
Not my favorite place, the drive through takes soo long. so If you see a long double line bust a u turn and go to jack in the box for an iced mocha. The flavors of of the coffee are really artificial in my opinion . Kinda like off brand bottled iced coffee. There's not many food options but the muffin tops which are ok again very artificial and proceeded flavors. Over all not my go to favorite place. But if you want to experience it by all means take a chance you may like ?.
My coffee was delicious! I went there super early in the morning and everyone working was happy and had a smile on their face. My coffee felt like it was made with love!
Super fast and friendly staff! Drive through and you can also order at the window! Coffee is good ?
Our favorite coffee go to. Much better than star bucks and honesty much quicker. Strong coffee but still sweet . Great prices. Staff is always nice and welcoming.
I am not a coffee person. And my boyfriend was so excited about seeing Dutch Brothers Coffee he almost ran off the road. So he got coffee every time we drove by and my cousin Sherrod hers with me with some sort of whipped something-or-other on top and I told her the coffee was good and she seemed disappointed. However for me that's it a Great accomplishment, since I don't like coffee.
Service is going down. Have gone 2 times in the last month. First time girl couldn't even figure out how to give me change back. Shouldn't be working register. Then second time. Tried to give me a small when I ordered a large and them gave me a large of another drink. Never got what I actually ordered. They were all playing around with the grabber while the music was blasting. Having a good ol time.
I love this place! Their nitro tastes so good even the plain. Their sweet drinks are amazing so is the lemon poppy seed bar. Also Their pup cup is over the top! With the bone too omg. The staff is so friendly. One time a girl with pink hair seemed kind of rude but most of the time 99% allll super friendly and makes your day brighter!!! Thank you
Staff there is always so nice, my orders are always met. If you wajt a medium to light coffee Dutch Bros is the place to get your cold or hot coffe, ive also tried their energy drinks, iced coffes and hot chocolate. I give DB's a 11 out of 10, reasonable prices, delicious drinks and friendly staff ??
Coffee was great had a hard time seeing menu was told to bring up on phone.
