Place is a joke. I had 4 $5 vouchers from Dicky's corporate office to make up for getting the wrong food. At a different location. They wouldn't take them. They said they have nothing to do with corporate. Not wasting my time coming here again. Walked out the door hungry. Wish I would have checked the reviews ahead of time. Looks like someone had the same issue a few months ago. I'm not interested in your generic comment to email you so you can make it up and try to look like you care. I see that over and over on these comments. Same issues and you obviously don't care about fixing your issues. I'm not coming back here, you lost a customer who really enjoys Dicky's. Guess I'll have to go to another location. Also from another post, I guess you own the Victorville location, I'll be staying away from that one also.
The second bad review I’ve ever written - I’m 72. My husband just discovered there is a Dickey’s BBQ in town. I looked up a menu, which had no prices, found a couple of price lists, one which offered a pork rib plate with 2 sides for $12.95, one showed $15.95. I called to order takeout, but no one answered and only got a recording that stated a voice mailbox had not been set up. My husband drove to Dickeys, was told they never answer their phone, and he ordered the pork rib plate. He returned home with 6 pork ribs and two sides, both in condiment size containers. The price? $27.96. Needless to say, we won’t return, will not recommend, and will continue to be bewildered by the (non) service, rude communication, but mostly by the fact that they remain in business?!? By the way, the ribs were tasteless.How sad for the original Dickeys.
Same bad franchise owner as Victorville store. Doesn't accept online orders doesn't accept gift cards and doesn't accept coupons that were sent to me from corporate as an apology for their two locations out here not participating in any of the current offers going on. I was told that the franchise owner Tim doesn't participate in anything that corporate does. It makes me wonder if he is even keeping up with the food quality and safety standards that Dickeys corporate puts out.
Everything says they close at 9pm we came at 7:45pm. Staff say they are closed with the open sign still on. If you are going to state you are closed then update your hours. And your staff are super rude. Your staff need to be retrained on customer service.
Didn't really like the experience of the customer service.... I asked if he can write the separate sandwiches he told me to open it and look will never come here again
I am a Chef. I was out and just wanted some Barbecue. I was short on time so I just went to Dickeys because it was right there. First of all I had to go next door to get a coke because their machine was broken. I ordered the rib and link combination. The ribs were too soft and almost mushy. I didn’t taste any seasoning or smoke. The sausage did not have any flavor at all. I wish I would have went to another place to spend my $ 18.00 dollars on.
Terrible customer service. Took my money for an online order when I went to pick up my order they were closed. Now they refuse to refund my money. Corporate gave me gift certificates and they dont take them. Jamie was extremely rude told us to drive over an hour to use them and that it was our personal problem that they dont take gift certificates or loyalty points. I will never eat at another dickeys again.
I got a 3 meat plate today, with chicken and two portions of turkey. It was quite busy, but the two girls working were very polite and worked well as a team. The food was delicious and hot.
Stopped in here with the family for dinner and we all had an excellent meal. The manager was very nice and the food was Al outstanding.
Good food. Family friendly and fast good service
