Went to order ladie was completely rude we tried to order she couldn't hear well she makes an inappropriate comment completely uncalled for as well as making us pull over off to the side over two tacos to be made completely ridiculous melted our shake the gentlemen behind us had a bigger order then us he gets handed his food completely horrible unbelievable that we barely order anything an this guy orders a bunch gets his food 3 cars latter get there food we finally get ours brought out just completely bad experience definitely retraing in customer service needs to be done
So... what are some ways that Del Taco can approve you ask? well let's just start with the 24-hour stores. can we go ahead and admit that employees in any 24-hour fast food restaurant are getting away with murder almost quite literally and it shows the FOOD QUALITY in every sense and meaning of the words. approximately 45 minutes ago I pulled into a local Del Taco in Apple Valley California very close to the the town boasting the first location. I ampretty famished so I decide to order a double-double combo along with an extra double Del to satisfy my Hunger. I find a nice cozy little spot to pull over and enjoy my two sandwiches fries and large Cherry Coke. I start on the fries first because I thoroughly enjoy del's friesI think they are superb compared to the french fries from the double arches I didn't proceed to devour my double del. as I proceed to about halfway through my burger I noticed there is a metallic and off taste from the lettuce or ground beef I really can't pinpoint it it was very faint and I decide to finish through the burger. as I proceed to the second Burger unwrapping it I noticed that there is a very neutral not pleasant smell coming from the other package I think nothing of it and I take a bite into that burger I cannot tell you how disgusted I was to the taste of bitter lettuce I can't even describe the taste of the ground beef it was off-putting it tasted like somebody had taken the burger apart right before wrapping it and dragging it across the water resistant tile floor! approximately 10 seconds later I proceed to projectile vomit out of my mouth and defecating in my pants at the same time I am marking this day date and time the very last time I will ever eat at Del Taco day or night again. I am not exactly sure what it was that they put in those packages but betwee9n those two semi hard stale buns but it certainly was not food fit for a human being to consume. luckily the employees at Del Taco put enough napkins in there to take care of my issue behind my vehicle in the middle of the desert between two bushes oh, but that is about all of the credit that I will ever give the employees on 3rd Shift at Del Taco...] and any other fast food chain open 24 hoursli.e. in the Box Taco Bell or McDonald's the worst part about all of this is the fact that nothing will happen to the employees they will continue to serve up whatever it is they serve on a nightly basis but the regional office can rest assure that tomorrow I will be calling the county health inspector and give him them this same report....of course a bit watered down! something definitely needs to be done about this perhaps a more responsible and dedicated supervisor at night to oversee operations because the very very sharp pains in my stomach and having to go home to change my underwear is without question and unequivocally one of the most vile and unpleasant experiences in decades... So much that I am also considering seeking legal advice! these Regional supervisors need to be put in the hot seat!
I just LOVE that this location isn't stingy with their cheddar cheese in their burritos, tacos, and also their tostadas.... so delicious and it's funny cause my wife gives me some of her cheese cause she doesn't want that much on her food items ha ha!
There was spit in my queso dip absolutely disgusting can never have queso dip again. never had a bad experience before here ever in my 18 years coming here unbelievable I cant ever trust this place anymore
Worst del taco in the desert always get the order wrong ...they don't take pride in their work ...they definitely need new management
I had very few bucks but I feel liked I ordered enough for a few bucks I got a couple of value tacos a strawberry lemonade and some Churros umm the churros are my favorite I also got attended really quick my food was made fresh and made with good amount of toppings and condiments grate place to go anytime or even when definitely on a budget
This location is extra skimpy on the food, all the tacos I ordered were filled like this, paid full price for half the taco
I Love this place! The staff is always friendly and the food is the Bomb! It's my go to spot for sure.
The ? was sweet and cinnamon instead of normal fries due to that it messed up our dinner! A jammed packed, horribly designed drive thru, made walk-in ordering a pleasure, with zero lines, however the cashier could use a bit more training in regards to the menu as well as listening to their customers but when it comes to value v.s. quantity you get your money's worth overall!
Changing the menu too much. No one wants honey chipotle BBQ fake flavor goofy stuff.
