Food portions are much smaller now and pricier. This is happening everywhere you go. Staff and food was good.

Terrible costumer service. We went through the dirve-thru and after paying I realized I had a coupon. Asked the cashier if he could run the coupon, and he flat out told me it was too late. I know he could have voided the transaction to add the coupon that wouldn't even have altered the final price because it was the one for a free cinnamon roll with a regular purchase. I said ok and understood that it was my bad for forgetting, but my order was prepared wrong. They gave me the wrong sandwiches and chicken strips instead of stars. Had to drive back to exchange the meal... no one said "how can I help", no apology, no acknowledgement of their mistake. The stars were served with no "here you go", thank you, etc... like a muted annoying transaction. I believe in courtesy and high customer service standards, and that is what makes me want to go back... I definitely won't be going to this specific store again...
Had the chicken strips and fries a drink and even a cookie for 5 dollars great ?
Every time I have come to this Carl's Jr the food is always prepared very well. Always fresh and put together and they've never made a mistake on my order. Pretty quick, I was in and out fast which is good for a lunch break!
I had bought two large French fries and they were only half full to the point where I could fit both fries into one container. I also bought a western bacon and they were absolutely dry. The chicken bacon Swiss sandwich I bought had no bacon in it either. Terrible food this time around.
Absolutely beautiful ground. Iconic movie spots. Friendly students. A must see.
Food was great. Was a little loud because the place wasn't too busy and the staff were having fun sharing Korean phrases they knew. Not a complaint. Kind of refreshing hearing kids actually using stuff they've learned.
My experience has been great! Food is always fresh and hot. No soggy burgers.
How hard is it to get an order correct? They gave me the wrong order and over charged me for something that I didn't order.
