wings were dried out. Fries were cold. very expensive for the quality of food.
Pretty bad and sad experience. Salad was old. Food just tasted old. I guess it's pretty telling when most of the seat cushions are torn. Not to expect fantastic food staff was pretty nice but generally the place gets you a vibe of sadness. Doesn't seem like the owners have cared much to invest in the store. Whether it is new screens seat covers. There's a literal holes in every single seat in the restaurant. I'm guessing if you're drunk the food will taste good
Todays visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was pleasant. We arrived just after opening, which was around 11:30 a.m.. we sat at the bar and were greeted by Jose, who was the bartender at the time.The bar had at least 20 beers on draft, but on this hot day I was going to go with old faithful, a tall Coors Light. It was served super cold, so it went down very smooth. I ordered 10 boneless wings, which comes with two sauces. I selected the Nashville Hot and the Mango Habañero with a side of ranch. I also ordered a side of fries. Jose offered the lunch special which was the same amount of food at a lower price, of course I agreed.The wings did not disappoint. They were flavorful and had a nice spicy kick to them. The fries not so much. They were a little cold, a little burnt and crispy. I looked over at my buddies plate and he had a lot more fries than I did, and they also looked in better shape. I must of got the bottom of the barrel fries.Other than the fries, my visit to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Apple Valley was pleasant. Jose provided exceptional service and looking forward to coming back.
The fries were cold and was not fresh at all. Considering it took them what seemed like for ever to bring our order I would have thought the food would have been fresh, but that's for sure not the case. The waiter tried his best and did alright but non of the workers there seemed to be having a very good day or shift. My daughter had the all American double cheese burger and she did say that burger was amazing! It had been yrs since I had been to this restaurant and the food has definitely gone down hill.
I ordered my food through the app. The app indicated that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. The order tracker showed that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order.. The associate indicated that my order was not ready and it would be an additional 20 to 25 minutes. I understand that things happen. However the app shouldn’t not indicated that a order is ready when it not and have a costumer waiting additional 20 to 25 minutes when the items ordered were supposedly ready. The associate was nice that’s the only reason I gave two stars.

One of my favorite places is ruinedLast 4 times I've been has been worst experience dining out. Keep telling myself I will not return but I love wings. Always over an hour wait for food even when not busy. Waiter never gives refills or gives napkins unless asked. Bill has been wrong 2 out of 4 times. Wrong items. When food finally comes the wings are cold dry with no sauce. 4 failed chances to win me back. Waitstaff is incompetent. Kitchen staff gets orders wrong and not prepared correctly. Leads me to believe management is non-existent. Even though BWW did reach out to me, I assuming, to offer free food I will pass. I will go somewhere else and pay opposed to a partially paid meal that takes an hour and half and is not prepared correctly.
Took my family tonight after a movie. Was sat down and not a single waiter or waitress greeted us or took our drink and food order. We sat there for 12 mins and nothing but they greeted a couple who was just sat down adjacent to us. Even after I flagged another waiter down and he assured he would get someone in our section to help and nothing. Absolute horrible service at this place.

Terrible experience. I ordered online for delivery and originally it had said it’d be ready in 30 min. After I place my order it changed to 2 hours!!! I call the restaurant to see if I can change it and I kept getting the run around. I was told to call support and I did, that of which the representative told me he changed it and immediately hung up on me. I show up to pick up my wings around the time the clerk said it would be ready and they were so cold. I think I’ll stick to wingstop from now, as should all of you.
