Customer service was spectacular like always. I drive out of the way to come to this Applebee's because the service is always spot on. The waitress was very nice, she accidentally got something wrong on my order and took responsibility and took care of it with no obligation. The food was fresh, and hit the spot. Plus the drink specials are great.
We ordered food for a family of 4. The chicken wrap fell apart and was too messy to eat after that. The chicken penne was bland, they most likely didn't not salt the water or add any flavor to the plate. The chicken was dry. The tenders came with 12 fries that were cold and limp. The rare steak was over cooked. Apple valley, Applebee's needs to do better and take pride in their food. I paid close to $100 for all 4 dishes and it was def not worth it. They did manage to get the fountain drinks right. Smh.
Food was hot and fresh and service was great. Waitress even asked if I wanted a to go drink. Will be a returning customer.
The food was simply made, it wouldn't take a genius to make this food. Working in a kitchen for over 10 years I guarantee you you are wasting your time here. The customers sitting around us were complaining about the food, and the excuse I heard from the manager was their main cook is on vacation. In regards of the salmon being dry, the manager "said would you like some butter to moisten up your salmon." The salmon should have been thrown out and should have came out with a properly cooked one but this place is nothing special since the table wasn't properly cleaned and there were forks and napking all over under the table. Would I recommend this place for a good family dinner, no. This restaurant is on my do not return list due to their customer service, management, and poor food quality.
First time I went to this location in Apple Valley and I really liked the place and best of all the food was great and the portions were good. I been to other Applebees but I like the service here and the food was hot. If you are around this area and are hungry stop by you will enjoy it. Sorry no photos I was hungry couldn't wait my bad.
Our server Angela was great! She was very patient and kind to us, and checked on us multiple times.I like to order the four cheese Mac n cheese but change the sauce that the chicken strips are coated in (cause I really dislike the one it's originally served with).
Ate here a few times. Very accomodating for large groups. Food is good and menu hasn't changed much over the years.This time I had the oriental chicken salad and tomato basil soup. Soup was slightly salty for my taste but still good.
Simone is a great waitress. She was on her A game today...one of the better ones in the Valley. Food was really good according to all at our table. Perfect lunch at Applebee's

Thought I'd give Applebees a shot tonight after not eating there for years. There is one close enough to my home for pick up curbside, so we ordered dinner tonight. I picked it up on the time told. I drive all the way home and get a call they didn't put my fries in te bag so ok..mistakes happen I drive back to get the fries. They are ice cold overcooked and just gross. I had to drive all the way back can I at least get some fresh fries? Also got home and the sierra mist was a sodawater bleck. Never again. The food was ok. Didn't even eat the fries. They were cooked to a crisp so I couldn't even put them in the toaster oven. My veggi burger half of the bun eas so rock hard me and my boyfriend were just laughinh. It was lime a rock. I couldn't even bite it. Total waste of money. You used to be able to get a decent meal for $50. Applebees I triedwas highly dissapointed. It's been a terrible day I just wanted a decent meal.
