I wish the Mel's in Brentwood was still open. They followed directions on how to cook a steak to the T. I asked for my steaks to be cooked well done, not press while cooking. This is the end results.
Service was horrible staff was too busy talking and mopping floor at 7pm then attending customers. Started off with appetizer sampler and coffee followed by club sandwich with garlic fries. SAMPLER NEVER CAME, came once to refill drinks when food came out club was good garlic fries were not they came drenched in a mix of oil and garlic if I had came 20 minutes till closing I could understand service will not be back again
Enjoyed a great breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. I'll be going back for more!
It's much brighter with a much better ambiance and a vastly superior menu. The staff are always curtious and friendly and the service is outstanding.
Very clean and great staff. We got our food very quick and the waitress constantly made sure we were doing ok. Highly recommend if you can’t go anywhere else.
The food on Friday 10-22-21 was great.Haven't been feeling so good, a cold so I craved breakfast . We took it to go.
Just okay. Maybe because it was late. Great fried chicken
They ask now for vaccination cards and covid negative test. Boycott
Classic mels, takes time but worth the wait!
First, we waited so long to get our food the hostess comped our drinks without us asking. I ordered the turkey cheddar melburger that should have come "with mayo, topped with cheddar cheese on our signature whole wheat bun." It arrived (after over 45 minutes of waiting) dry on a bun with no cheddar, lettuce browning around the edges. When I asked the server for cheddar she said it was "baked into the burger"...I cut it open and showed that was not true. Wouldn't have minded the wait so much if we were at least acknowledged and the food was better. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Can find a better place to spend 50 bucks for a family lunch.
