12/9/2020 T4 always is consistent with their drinks. I came in today and couldn’t remember off the top of my head of a certain drink and the worker helped me to figure it out. Always satisfied with how my milk tea tastes and I love coming here

I've been coming here since they opened in a couple of years ago and today has been the first issue I have with them. While drinking my tea I found a piece of nail in it, it's pretty disgusting and sad that this happened at this location. I'm not going to stop coming to the location because of the good customer service I've gotten from day one but I would appreciate a few more strict hygiene policies
